The room looked nothing like the photos on the web...felt decieved. Also the fridge was very noisy and had to be switched off to sleep.

Provided kids bed and have good sea view , but room facility is a little bit old.

Very thin walls so could hear a neighbouring room arguing and slamming the front door constantly

I began when we arrived and were told the room we booked a year ago was not available and we had been downgraded but the price was the same. The Assistant Manager was very apologetic and after 45 minutes did some shuffling and arranged for a similar room to what we had booked. Next issue was the wifi was terrible and the tv streaming constantly froze and had a blurred picture. It was unwatchable. The lounge had so many stains it felt like it was a hazard to our health to sit on it. Finally the loud banging on the roof and paper thin walls made for a very disturbed sleep and was not a relaxing experience at all. Absolutely not a 4 star property and would not recommend it to anyone.

Room was clean and tidy great location.

The check-in was effortless (and handled very well even though we arrived after hours), the room was clean and well-arranged, the location is great with amazing views (depending on your room)

This is a great motel for a reasonable price. Friendly and helpful staff. Has everything you need for a relaxing stay.

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, however the view was ordinary.

No wifi or working TV in the room. According to staff, an issue they’ve known about for a while. Room itself felt run down and in need of new furniture. Couch smelled like old socks!

Advised I had an ocean view and balcony. Looked into carpark on ground level. No ocean view or balcony. Room furniture was shabby. Microwave was rusted. Bathroom was clean and bright.

Arrived for a late check in. I had an issue with our online booking, staff were very friendly and promptly sorted it out for me. Had a good nights sleep, was very clean and well kept. Views were a bonus!
