Clean, spacious room and friendly staff made our stay enjoyable.

The room was quite ordinary for the price. Not sure if the room standards vary based on who you book it thru ( in this case Expedia ). After we booked-in we got locked out, the card wouldn't work, had to go to Reception to let us in, not sure what would have happened if the reception desk wasn't manned. The vinyl floor outside the bathroom was swelling due to water damage. Bathroom door handle did not work properly, the bathroom vent wasn't working, had to leave the window open constantly, mould on bathroom floor tiles and shower walls and water damage around bathroom door frame. The whole room looked little sad. For a few more dollars i would have gone elsewhere

We had a nice very room if the ocean. Room was very functional with frig microwave WiFi etc. the bathroom had great lighting. Receptionist was helpful and the laundry room was a plus

I had two rooms: For one, the bed was comfy, but the bedhead is a dust and spider-web trap which is a bit disconcerting. The room was reasonably clean and comfortable with a lovely view. For the second room, it was right next to the. stairwell, and quite bright with the stair-light and the stairs blocking the view. It was nice, but nowhere near as good as the photos portrayed it to be. The staff were lovely.

Paint coming from the walls. Missing cabinet doors. Completely different from pictures and outdated / outlived.

Overall a good hotel with helpful staff. The only negative was the safe only room which didn’t really fulfill definition of a safe as it wasn’t fixed to anything and was light enough to just carry out of the room.

Fantastic view. The view and location were excellent. While the room was very compact, it met our needs. The Lady at the front desk was helpful with obtaining some ice for us.

Der var pænt og rent. Venlig personale. Vi skrev at vi ankom før planlagt indtjekning kl. 14, de fik værelset ordnet og klar til kl. 12.45 - det er god service. Morgenmaden var et lille udvalg, men ok.

Beach/ocean view was unobstructed. Great location

The beach could be seen, but partly obstructed by staircases. Windows thick with salt spray.

Front desk staff were great.

Room not cleaned properly food from previous guest still in freezer half opened milk still fridge from previous guests.

Room disappointed. Not in good condition, bathroom has no extractor fan, screen in bathroom was filthy. Tiny balcony had no seat. NO plates , cups or cutlery except one teaspoon. Tea towel but nothing to wash dishes with. Room located on ground floor right beside road, was not what was pictured when booking. No vending machines for snacks or drinks. Staff forgot to mention WiFi, had to go back to ask about it. Traffic noisy at night & in morning. Close to beach but would only stay on upper floors if ever

The room was spotless, however the hallway to the room needs some work to bring it up to standard of a 4 star hotel

Es sieht auf den Fotos definitiv viel besser und moderner aus, als es ist. Die Lage ist aber gut, unterm Strich ist alles in Ordnung und das Zimmer relativ groß für ein IBIS.

Staff were very nice and provided fresh towels upon request, but the room was very tired (stained tiles, walls and carpet) and we did not have a room cleaning service. The amenities were very very basic. However the location is amazing.
