I have stayed at multiple hotels recently, in both Melbourne and elsewhere. Mantra on Little Bourke has really impressed me. The staff were wonderful, the room spacious and clean, the beds comfy, the breakfast delicious, the location central and safe. 10/10

Large rooms, tasty breakfast, walkable to all the sites and shopping. Only negative was the shower door leaked water all over the floor.

The room was beautiful, spacious, clean, the whole hotel smells wonderful, beds and lounges were comfortable. The breakfast buffet is really great, the food is fresh and replaced often, lots of variety for food and drinks, healthy and indulgent options and great selections for kids also. We loved it here and will be back.

Very comfortable room. Walking distance to restaurants, shopping etc. Disappointed that there was no housekeeping ( only available on request) we were there for four days and had to ask several times for more coffee, tea, milk and sugar. Also had to request clean towels. Restaurant only open for breakfast, bar opened from 3 pm to 8pm but not on Sundays.
