My only beef in what was a pleasant stay, was the buffet breakfast, food supply issues, the hot food offered was cold and hence unpleasant to eat. Attention to the details of this part of your operation is required, otherwise, soldier on.

We booked this hotel at the last minute and very happy indeed. Everything was what it should be. Clean, comfortable, everything worked. Staff were great and included breakfast was excellent. Location was perfect for us. Thoroughly recommended.

Room was dated. Shower tiles could do with a good scrub & clean. Very little water pressure in shower. Receptionist doubles as a barista whilst guests have to wait to check out. Breakfast was good value.

Staff were not trained properly. Breakfast was cold disguting and the young boy in charge of the breakfast told my it was to early for him to think. The experience was so bad it was laughable. Would not stay in a Mecure hotel every again.
