Very friendly staff, informative with a quick check in, breakfast in the morning was good enough for a family and self service checkout made checking out a breeze

Was nice and clean, also a good price, staff were lovely, but the room was so loud (people in the hallway, doors slamming) and the fold out bed was like laying on concrete.

I thought it was too expensive for what you got. There was no fan in the bathroom which at times was not at all nice whrn someone has to use the toilet. Beds wete good, breakfast very good, staff were lovely

So convenient to 4 Pines Park and the leagues club

The cleaning of our room was pretty disappointing with the bed half made, glasses and cutlery not cleaned and not provided with hand towels. The bathroom floor was not cleaned on any of the days and was also quite dirty. We have stayed here previously when the hotel was a Travelodge and it was serviced much better. Disappointing from a Mercure hotel.

The carpet had not been vacuumed because I kept treading on bits of dried food - apple peel and what looked like dried bacon pieces from a pizza. I found a prescription tablet, not mine, on the coffee table. Also, there was no milk, and only one tea/coffee cup and one teaspoon for two people. In the bathroom, one towel and face cloth were folded up neatly, the other two thrown carelessly on the vanity like someone had used them. The bedside lights flickered when the dimmer switches were used, and were too bright on full. On the plus side, the bed was clean and comfy and the young reception staff very helpful. The breakfast was highly overpriced and at the time we were there, 8.00am, almost everything had run out and the coffee machine was on the blink. The hotel was fully booked and really busy, and I guess it’s on the cheaper side, but I think they could do better.

Hotel very budget quality and feel, room smelt of toilet cleaner, shower floor not clean gritty under foot Beds not comfy, pull out sofa heavily stained and mattress could feel springs We had paid and planned for 2 night stay but ended up cutting our stay short due to how bad the hotel was after 1 night

Stay for NRL at Brookvale Oval. Mercure is close, clean, and staff are friendly.

The staff were incredibly welcoming and available to help with any requests. They didn’t stop. A comfortable bed and everything I needed in my room. Location was great.

We had breakfast but it was cold no bread left for toast sausages were hard bacon wasnt cooked eggs were sloopy and the cereal was stale so would definitely not recommend the breakfast but the room was lovely and clean bed very comfy

Not convenient for beaches, no restaurants or coffee shops nearby. Clean but dull.

There was no hot water for 3 of 4 days. No hot water for showers, hand-washing etc. Reported to the front desk every day. No other rooms available in the area so no options. We asked for and did not receive compensation for this basic necessity.

The only problem I had was, the night before I left the hot water was not working. So when I got up in the morning I had a COLD Shower... Not Happy. Only to be told by the the staff of the problem at reception when going out. Probably best to inform guests before the morning. Thanks Darren

It was ok. Very standard for how much it cost.

A comfortable place to stay for a few nights

Staff were very attentive and helpful. Rooms are in need of an update.
