The staff were excellent, helpful and friendly. Parking was secure and easy to use. Management need to give the cleaning staff more time to do a better job

Excellent recent stay at the Mercure. It is a short walk from so many places I wanted to see. It is clean, friendly and accomodating, with large rooms, great amenities and everything you need.

Great location for the NRL at 4 pines stadium and buses to collaroy

Dirty bathroom

The staff were warm and welcoming. Amenities were good. However bathrooms need updating. Otherwise, really good place to stay.

Rooms were old and dainted, had issues with the air-conditioning on night 2, they offered fans which was unacceptable so i demanded a new room which they reluctantly obliged after some convincing. Found some of the staff rude and not hospitable. Wont be using this hotel again and will definitely NOT be recommending it to anyone.

Aircon stopped working, bed was made poorly, had technician come have a look at the aircon while we weren’t in our room and next morning couldn’t find my headphones. Should have been notified when someone was coming to our room not just let in with our belongings in the room. Also when I first rang to talk to the receptionist before checking in it was hard to get ahold of the front desk. We will not stay here again it was unfortunate cause it’s a good location but not up to standard

Courteus and efficient staff. Room and buffet breakfast ok Bathroom mouldy grout etc, especially in shower

Clean open room

Stay here a few times a year for footy. Close to Brookvale oval, Manly Leagues, and plenty of food options. Close to Public transport, and parking is cheap.

Comfortable bed. Rooms are looking a little tired.

Stayed here for a game at 4 Pines Park stadium - great location and great access to public transport. Beds were comfortable and shower pressure good. Rooms are in need of an update - bathrooms are showing their age with discoloured/mould in grout. Rooms smelt but they had windows that opened so could air it out. Room wasn't ready at check in time so told to take a seat and wait and then they forgot about us.

The bathroom needs an upgrade.

Great twin room, cleaned every day, microwave cutlery and plates etc. suppled. Beds also comfortable. Would stay again and highly recommend. Breakfast also good value.

Maybe the worst place I’ve stayed, the room was so dirty and smelly, I had a room with a joining door and a screaming baby I was there for two nights, wanted to move after night one but I was told it’s now non refundable and if i left I’d lose my money, they would move me to a new room and give it a “VIP” clean. Location pretty poor. Charge a nightly fee to park your car, this place needs people who can clean. Bathroom had black mould all though it too
