Stay here a few times a year for footy. Close to Brookvale oval, Manly Leagues, and plenty of food options. Close to Public transport, and parking is cheap.

Comfortable bed. Rooms are looking a little tired.

Stayed here for a game at 4 Pines Park stadium - great location and great access to public transport. Beds were comfortable and shower pressure good. Rooms are in need of an update - bathrooms are showing their age with discoloured/mould in grout. Rooms smelt but they had windows that opened so could air it out. Room wasn't ready at check in time so told to take a seat and wait and then they forgot about us.

The bathroom needs an upgrade.

Great twin room, cleaned every day, microwave cutlery and plates etc. suppled. Beds also comfortable. Would stay again and highly recommend. Breakfast also good value.

Maybe the worst place I’ve stayed, the room was so dirty and smelly, I had a room with a joining door and a screaming baby I was there for two nights, wanted to move after night one but I was told it’s now non refundable and if i left I’d lose my money, they would move me to a new room and give it a “VIP” clean. Location pretty poor. Charge a nightly fee to park your car, this place needs people who can clean. Bathroom had black mould all though it too

Enjoyed our stay here room was clean amenities were clean only problem was the bed it was 2 singles put together on a base and they kept separating apart when we turned over or moved other than that our stay was great

Happy with all facilities - only there for 2 x nights.

Expensive for 1 night, but staff very pleasant and a clean and tidy place.

Clean room but bedside lights needed and only 1 bedside table?! Cooked Breakfast not particularly hot, and hot chocolate and hot milk function on machine did not work

Hotel was located perfectly for the area we needed to be in. Rooms were functional but basic.

Room was clean, shower didnt have any pressure and breakfast was cold. Location was good

Staff were excellent, especially when it came to organising access for NRMA for our almost flat tyre. Clean room, good location for what we needed

not very happy with the king bed was not a proper bed for king size. 2 single bed it's not spouse to put as king bed

The rooms are fine but starting to look a bit dated. , particularly the bathroom.
