For the price, this is a great location, closets South Bank, City, Suncorp Stadium. The only issue is the lack of drawer space in the bedroom, plenty of hanging space but no drawer space, which for a few days causes problems especially as there no space for suitcases/bags in the bedroom.

Had great room. 1 massive problem was the bed was faulty. Im sure some 300kg person sat on side of beans its all out of shape. Needs maybe new mattress at least. Had really terrible sleep in that bed

Found it difficult to find the entrance to the hotel - kind of tricky to get to and parking is not for cars bigger than a hatchback. Was a very tight squeeze for my SUV. Not a bad location for access to Southbank, arts centre etc. staff were friendly and helpful. Room was a bit run down - lots of space and kitchen/laundry were great, but bedroom and bathroom could use a touch up. Good for a cheap simple stay if you need the space.

Stayed here a number of times in the past. Unfortunately, this time the elevators and hallways smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, and the room was far from clean. The oven had visible food stains, the couch pillows were stained, and there was mould present in the bathrooms. The price was good, but regardless of cost, the room and hotel should still be clean and well maintained.

Good location, it's only a 10min walk to south Brisbane train station. It was quiet and comfortable, but over priced for what it is. I'd stay again if they drop the prices to match the quality of accommodation.

Staff were friendly and we appreciated the early check-in. However, the unit itself was not clean or well maintained. There was a strong damp odour throughout the apartment, and the bedroom air conditioner had an unpleasant smell, making it unusable. There were visible stains down the wall from the AC, and the ceiling showed signs of peeling, possibly from a leak. The bathroom was also disappointing, with mould in the shower and noticeable unclean tiles throughout. For the price, the room did not feel clean or properly maintained.
