The accommodation was clean, spacious & had everything we needed. The position was so close to QPAC, Southbank, the Museum ect, easily walked by my 84-year-old mum. also close to nice cafes literally next door

Stayed here a number of times in the past. Unfortunately, this time the elevators and hallways smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, and the room was far from clean. The oven had visible food stains, the couch pillows were stained, and there was mould present in the bathrooms. The price was good, but regardless of cost, the room and hotel should still be clean and well maintained.

Good location, it's only a 10min walk to south Brisbane train station. It was quiet and comfortable, but over priced for what it is. I'd stay again if they drop the prices to match the quality of accommodation.

Staff were friendly and we appreciated the early check-in.
However, the unit itself was not clean or well maintained. There was a strong damp odour throughout the apartment, and the bedroom air conditioner had an unpleasant smell, making it unusable. There were visible stains down the wall from the AC, and the ceiling showed signs of peeling, possibly from a leak.
The bathroom was also disappointing, with mould in the shower and noticeable unclean tiles throughout.
For the price, the room did not feel clean or properly maintained.

In all honesty I was appalled at what we received for our money!! We scratched ourselves to prices all night they double layer the pillow slips with layers instead of putting fresh ones on each time . My partner had to ring a uber at 4:30 am as my son who's birthday it was screamed , itched and cried all night

Very central with excellent restaurants and cafes just a short walk away.
The room was comfortable and modern.
A bit of noise due to train line but nothing to worry about. The kitchen facilities were excellent and the utensils and cooking implements more than satisfactory.
All in all, great value for money
