Great accomodation, easy parking and fantastic location

Organises a work function and accommodation. Staff were amazing food and accommodation were perfect, the renovations are outstanding.

Absolutely fabulous stay - great from Reception to leaving. Room was fantastic.

The staff were very efficient and attentive. With check in and managing to let us have a meal. Tge room was spacious and bathroom was lovely as being re furnished. I would say the bathroom could have done with a good brushing.

Great for families, beautiful rooms, great food , lovely and quiet, great position highly recommended.

Lovely clean room with nice amenities and good amount of space. We stayed for one night prior to a K’Gari Island tour and it was absolutely fine.

Room was spotless and had been recently renovated. Loved the large 55 inch TV. But it would have been nice to have toaster and microwave oven in the room.

No dining facilities except sports bar. Which does not suit elderly people. Parking facilities outside units congested.

A good stay but check-in too long because of interruption phone call. Felt second rate

Lovely complex and staff. The rooms were newly decorated and beds were comfortable. Very convenient position but we were in a room across from reception and bottle shop and were awakened by noise both mornings. The first morning was the delivery truck for bottle shop, second morning sounded like rubbish truck. I understand jobs need doing but maybe not near rooms. We were also near a carpark area. The hotel is having renovations so couldn't get a cocktail and no low set table and chairs. There was some bench seating outside. I was a bit disappointed in the food too but my friends enjoyed theirs the day before. Maybe a room by the lake next time and wait for renovations to be finished at the Bistro.
