We reserved a room last minute after a full day of driving. The receptionist was so friendly, just what we needed after a long day of travel. She gave us some nice suggestions for restaurants around the area. The restaurant on site was so laid back; great staff as well and TVs playing all kinds of sports. We highly recommend the experience. Boston loves Australia 🇺🇸🇦🇺

Newly updated rooms, very functional, comfy bed. Next to hotel but not noisy. Bistro has great meals, TAB and bottleshop. Close to esplanade, markets supermarkets while being in a peaceful bush environment. Friendly staff and good service. Carparks undercover in front of rooms

Great place to stay Comfortable

Clean room with everything you need. Bar and restaurant onsite which is good if you need something quickly. Walkable to the centre of Hervey Bay.

Hotel rooms were clean, but paper thin walls. Could hear people talking in rooms next door, baby crying, like it was in our room. Lots of drunks, and noisy people around from pub. Noisy road

Love staying here its so peaceful, staff are very easy to talk to and very helpful, parking is easy and lots of space. Rooms are clean and fresh hygenic

It was fantastic for a brief stay before heading to K’Gari! The room was clean and spacious and had everything we needed. The kids loved the pool and the playground, and the turtles that came up to them at the waterfront. The bistro was also great, especially the welcome drink vouchers. It was well located - only a short drive from the Airport, and walking distance to the shopping centre, the beach, and the botanic gardens.

Central location, ample parking for large vehicles, rooms interior modern and clean. Quiet location with large grounds and lake side views

The room was super clean, other than the nail and ball of loo paper in the bottom of the shower. The bed was amazingly comfortable. We arrived after hours and were given all the information we needed to check in, the whole process was good. The restaurant was still serving food as well, have to say the calamari was delicious. In the morning on check out, which was 10am, a knock on the door came at 9:30 and the cleaner said "sorry I am early". Now i know we could have said no, but she stood there so expectantly like we had no option and to be honest we were packed up almost ready to go so it wasn't an issue; but if check out is 10am then they really shouldn't be knocking before that and it's a minor complaint.

Everything was great, especially the shower was great. It just needs a microwave or toaster.

Great price, location and very comfortable accommodation. Lovely over the lake with plenty of birds, bats and turtles.

It was freshly painted etc where i was... it would be nice if they cleaned the outdoor area off the rooms so we can enjoy it with bird poo everywhere. I brought a broom and wipes to clean it. The staff are so good, food is delicious. This is my place i stay every time i pop up to Fraser Coast.
