Hybrid flooring was vacumed not mopped. Our feet were not clean without socks or thongs. Also very noisy as I believe the 11th floor is beside the aircon motors. Did mention the noise to staff who pretended like they didn't know what we were talking about but said they would look into it. Never heard from them again.

Staff was helpful but the studio appliances are inoperable. The first room air-con dead. Moved to another room, air-con workwd but same issue with oven and diahwasher. They sent maintenance and they were at a loss. It would be a practical stay if reality matched their listing details.

The balcony was not scenic. There was no breakfast. There was rubbish outside our door on the floor. The room was shabby. The bathroom was a disgrace. Expensive & nasty instead of cheap & nasty. Nothing good to say.
