Palm Royal Resort is very clean ,rooms are spacious with balcony and looking over beautiful tropical garden and pools.Staff hospitality is on high level.Swimming pools are well maintained ,clean .In general, this resort is highly recommended..

Convenient stay in South Cairns, with car. A huge complex but the room allocated was surprisingly quiet. Was a brief stay. Might be different during the day with families using the pool facilities.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 5 night stay and couldn’t fault Palm Royale. Excellent value for money, exceptionally clean, excellent housekeeping and beautiful pools and gardens. All staff were friendly. Large room and huge bathroom. For the budget conscious you can’t do better in Cairns.

The area is not the greatest but we felt safe, it was clean, tidy, room was nice and big. Wish there were bowls to be able to have our own breakfast. Kids enjoyed it.

An okay stay but there were a few issues as well. The room was huge but the poor layout meant a large amount of wasted space - the TV was about 15 feet across the room from the bed. The bathroom was great and the shower was the best I've seen in past two weeks. Unfortunately the fridge didn't work and the shortage of on-site parking meant a long walk to my room each day. It was still okay value for money and I'd stay there again.

Staff were fantastic. Stunning pool areas. My first room was on big main road was a bit tired abdbVERY noisy with traffic. The door had a gap around so had no sound proofing. Was noisy from about 4 AM. So the staff kindly changed my room to one just off the main road and it was all freshly decorated and lovely and was not as noisy. I really enjoyed the rest of my stay.
