Everything here was perfect, all the facilities were perfect! And it's near from the train station also with the light rails (tram).

We upgraded our room and had the best sunrise view overlooking the opera house🤍. The stay was very lovely and all the staff are very accommodating and nice, definitely recommended for a nice getaway.

I’ve stayed in several Shangri-La Hotels around the world. With regret this was below par. The fact that I had to explain for over 10 minutes that I did not have breakfast over two days. What was shocking that the bell boy just leaves luggage outside and no assistance to load luggage in car. Will not be staying here again.

Very well positioned hotel, right next to Circular Quay and The Rocks. Staff were all very friendly and attentive, which you expect from a Shangri-La. We did have a couple issues: - the bathroom wasn’t cleaned properly (could see previous occupants hairs left in the shower and talc powder on the floor), so asked for another clean which they did but still left a couple hairs etc. - We also came back to our room with the door left open / pulled to and not locked after staff went in, which understandably made us worry about the security of items left in the room whilst we were out. Luckily all okay, and the hotel gave us free breakfast as goodwill which was well received. - Finally, our shower door also didn’t close properly meaning that water went across the floor. All in all a nice hotel with a very comfortable bed and all the niceties expected from Shangri-La, but there are improvements needed as the above was just from one night there.

We enjoyed the large, comfortable rooms with large bathroom. Pillows weren't great, wouldve been nice to have aome options. We used the Horizon lounge, good selection of vegen food in the evening. Also had the pool to ourselves and enjoyed the spa. Reduced to 4* as not sure its value for money compared to other's in the area.
