Staff were truly awesome! Everything was close by, the hotel is a great place to stay as is right beside trams and metro. All was great except the carpets could be cleaned better as they are a bit dirty in rooms and hallways.

We requested for our room to be cleaned and it did not happen for three days straight. We had to ask for towels, robes and slippers that were advised on the website as luxury inclusions. The room was okay but not clean. Mould in the shower on the shower door. Carpets not vacuumed, with dried rice and food on the floor. Dust on most of the surfaces. Overall not very clean. Remote control for the television did not work. No foxtel only standard channels and limited. The kettle and toaster was also dirty so it did not feel like you wanted to use any items. Overall it was okay but we won’t be coming back.

The room itself was very nice and centrally located. On check in there was a half drunk bottle of cream left in the fridge which made us think the room wasn’t cleaned properly or rushed. Also had issues with Front desk and payment.
