部屋も清潔でスタッフの方々の対応も良かったです。

電子レンジを使いたいというリクエストにも応えてくれて助かりました。

掃除が行き届き、とても清潔なお部屋でした。ホテルの駐車場を利用しましたが、ホテルの上階はマンションとなっているようで、居住者の駐車場と共通となっています。駐車可能なスペースが分かりにくいのですが、フロントスタッフが丁寧に説明をしてくれたので、迷わずに駐車できました。

とにかくbox hillから近くて、とても便利でした。またとても清潔感があり、居心地も良かったです。フロントの方もフレンドリーで英語が心配な方でも行きやすいと思います。

Rooms and linen were new and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The food from the ground floor restaurants were amazing and well worth the stay.

Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Supermarkt) waren gut. Toll war, dass die Straßenbahn direkt vor der Tür abfährt und es auch nicht weit bis zur Train Station ist. Insgesamt hat uns nicht so gut gefallen, dass der Teppich nicht so sauber war und verschiedene Aussagen zum auschecken gemacht wurden. Obwohl uns eine Zeit zugesichert wurde, kam am Abreisetag ein Anruf, wann wir dann aus dem Zimmer auschecken wollen. The Room Service ist nur einmal pro Woche, es wurde uns allerdings nicht bei Ankunft gesagt, dass wir diesen extra anmelden müssen. Gut, hat uns gefallen, dass es eine Möglichkeit zum Frühstücken gab und ein Kühlschrank vorhanden war. Die Betten waren sehr groß und sehr bequem. Insgesamt waren wir mit dem Aufenthalt zufrieden.

the room was stunning, the rooftop had a beautiful view, the art pieces everywhere, the japanese restaurant had the best sushi. we are very very happy with our experience

Do your own cleaning. Room cleaning for a fee and none on Sundays. No change of towels. A fee is charged for parking. Accessing check in and parking very inconvenient. No towels or robes for swimming pool. The crime rate must be terrible in Melbourne because this hotel uses every precaution and so make access difficult for clients. I like to feel comfortable and not constantly monitored so I wouldn’t use this hotel again.

Excellent place, staff are really helpful and nice. Plenty of places around to shop and eat.

2nd time staying at this hotel within the week. The water faucets in shower stall, sink in bathroom, and in utility area were all difficult to adjust to the right temperature. Probably need adjustment. This is a different room from the one we stayed earlier the week.

Room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly. Our stay here was very welcoming. We will definately be staying here again.

Close to shopping and numerous restaurants. Room was clean and current. Friendly staff are all very helpful when asked for support.

Nice, safe location Shower drain was a bit clogged but they sorted that very quickly, a bit dusty on some surfaces, black out curtains hard to push up against wall so it let some light in

Great stay overall, just a couple things to mention. We were able to check in as soon as we got to the hotel, around midday which was amazing. Staff were lovely and super nice the entire stay. Shops and transport very close by! When we asked if we could access the internet or netflix on the tv however, we were told we could only do that using a HDMI cord attached to a laptop. Asked if they had a cord with a usb-c attachment which they didnt. Also, the rooms arent very soundproof and the lounge chairs by the pool were broken. These things were definitely not deal breakers and like I said, the stay was really great, just things to look out for.

We requested for our room to be cleaned and it did not happen for three days straight. We had to ask for towels, robes and slippers that were advised on the website as luxury inclusions. The room was okay but not clean. Mould in the shower on the shower door. Carpets not vacuumed, with dried rice and food on the floor. Dust on most of the surfaces. Overall not very clean. Remote control for the television did not work. No foxtel only standard channels and limited. The kettle and toaster was also dirty so it did not feel like you wanted to use any items. Overall it was okay but we won’t be coming back.
