I have stayed here before when I visit family in the area. It is great because I do feel safe and it is comfortable. I don’t have a view, so, if my stays were for a different reason and longer, I would request a view.

Our apartment was a great size, plenty of room for my family of 4. It was clean with everything we needed. Self check in was easy enough and loved the pin entry to the apartment, saved us having to carry key/card around to get in and out. Only thing we didn’t like was the front sliding door didn’t lock! Being on the bottom floor street facing, fortunately the front yard fencing is tall so felt safe enough.

Nice quiet area. Very secure personally. Street parking option can be a bit of a nightmare, but haven’t tried the paid option. Unit itself is fine for an overnight bed. Shower leaks into main bathroom area, stank like an old gym bag. Bed was comfy but the sheets feel like plastic. Plates and drinkware looked and smelled like they had been rinsed but not washed.

They require the vehicle to be inspected and then the driver to attend an induction, but they will only run the induction at certain times and days. The apartment had everything going for it. Very clean and had great facilities. I could have done with a power point near the vanity in the bathroom/laundry for a blow dryer. I unplugged washing machine to use blow dryer. Minor issue. The one thing we found disappointing was that there was no parking at the property. Due to weekend the on road parking was very rare to find. We had to drive around to find a park.

Wonderful venue and a central location not quite in the centre of the hustle and bustle. But a short drive or tram ride into the city. Clean, tidy and safe. Has everything required for a weekend stay or a few days away. Responsive customer service too.

It is close to the 109 tram line which is a direct route to Melbourne CBD and even closer to numerous restaurants on Bay St as well as Coles, IGA and First Choice Liquor. Very courteous staff and quick to respond to any request.

Nice apartment good for a family. Walking distance to tram stop, shops, supermarket, pubs etc. Parking can be tricky but we found a spot in the street with no restrictions so left the car there all week no problems. Great area for walking and a beach just at the end of the street. Close to the city, only ten minutes by tram. Apartment needs some TLC and the oven didn’t work but overall we had a good stay.
