Lovely hotel excellent customer service the rooms are very clean and modern the only thing that I did not like is that there are no bathrooms but I did appreciate the slippers. I love how many switches there are in the room and the rooms are clean daily and thoroughly

We were made to feel welcome from the moment we stepped in the door and every little request was responded to. The staff here are really amazing! We had requested a higher level room and away from the construction noise from the building adjoining the property that I had read about. Not only did they respond to our request, but they upgraded us to a two bedroom apartment a bit further away from the building works. Having said that, I must say that the whole time we were there- 3 days- we were not disturbed by construction noise at all! The apartment was nicely furnished, with a very comfortable bed, and spotlessly clean! The apartments are serviced on a daily basis. Museum station is only 5 minutes walk away and Chinatown and Darling Harbour are also within walking distance so there are eating places nearby. We would definitely stay there again.

Perfect for our family of 3 with a grown child. Easy walk from train station. Staff was so friendly and accommodating - stored our luggage, let us in early (since the room was ready), and arranged for a late check out. I left something in the fridge and they even went up and got it for me after we’d turned in our keys. Will book another night here if we need to stay in Sydney again this trip.

The location of the property was great. That being said, there is construction currently happening on the building next door and it is very loud, this is in addition to the normal sounds of the city. Housekeeping does an outstanding job of keeping our area clean. There is a washer and dryer which is a plus.The beds themselves are very firm. This seems to be an issue in Australia in general, but each bedroom has the “choice” between being a king or 2 singles. Bed was very firm to our taste, but also our master bedroom is really 2 singles combined to make a “king” and the mattress is very firm and has an obvious gap. Pillows were too firm to our taste as well. The hotel has no pool. We were able to get anywhere in the city through public transportation or uber. Would like more comfortable beds but if met our needs and we would book again.

사진만 보고 소호룸 예약했었는데 1층 룸은 해가 거의 안 들어고 조명이 어두웠어요. 그리고 아이를 추가하지 않고 예약했어서 체크인 때 1인 추가에 대한 금액 지불했습니다. 리셉션에서 추가 금액이 발생한게 내 잘못이었지만, 그래도 추가 금액을 내게 된 것에 보상을 해주고 싶어 해서 아파트먼트 스타일의 2룸에 세탁기가 있는 룸으로 옮겨 주었습니다. 만약 추가 금액 내고 어두운 1층 소호룸에 있었으면 너무나 불만족스러웠겠지만 직원분께서 친절하게 룸 투어도 해주시고 좋은 방도 골라주셔서 아주 만족스럽게 지냈습니다. 룸 청소도 매일 해주었습니다. 아파트먼트스타일 룸이 사진보다 훨씬 예뻤습니다.
