Zara Tower Hotel

LOVED the room! Spacious and modern.

Conveniently located near/in the central business district, this hotel in in walking distance bus stops, metro train, grocery stores and restaurants (though many may be closed in the evening). The staff was friendly and professional, and the apartment was lovely!! Full kitchen that’s well stocked with various cooking supplies (dishes, pots/oans, knives, Nespresso maker, electric kettle for boiling water quickly, full sized refrigerator and stove), laundry room with washer/dryer, washing powder and a utility sink, plenty of storage, a comfortable and spacious living area, two bedrooms and two bathrooms in our unit. We had a very comfortable stay and would not hesitate to recommend this hotel!!

Great apartment with very helpful and friendly front desk staff. Mattress, sheets, towels and furniture were all decent quality.

Room is great except the water pressure is low! It provides all necessities amenities! Staffs are very helpful, even received email in advance for things to noted and a call a night before to confirm on the ETA, given early check-in for our convenience. Also great location, will definitely recommended for short stay!

The service for the room is excellent.. always done and cleaned.. The stuff at the reception are very helpful and poly with all respect…

I had a great experience staying in one of the suites. My room was serviced every day, Catalina and all the staff were excellent and they helped me with all my requests and made my stay very easy. Thank you!

It is so good of everyday room cleaning, and the staff help my son to get his ortho k lense from the water pipe, we are so thank for him.

Clean room, helpful staff. Was allowed to check in early since my flight arrived in the morning. Great extra touch with complimentary champagne for New Year Eve. Walking distance to many of Sydney attractions.

This hotel is comfortable. It had a nice living room. Bedrooms and bathrooms are good. Nothing over the top and nothing that was an issue.

Stayed in the 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom apartment. First Upon arrival the hotel requested a “refundable” 500 security deposit,(I felt a little high jacked) nevertheless I paid the deposit and went to my room.. that should have been a red flag, however immediately when I entered the room I noticed two major scratches on the sink cabinet.. I immediately notified the front desk and took pictures. (very troubling) Second: The two bedroom that had bathrooms had see through glass doors and walls (and no locks).. That might sound nice until your partner needs to use the restroom in the middle of the night and the light blazes through the bathroom door (no one can sleep).. Not to mention if you would like (or need) a little privacy… The shower glass in one of the bedrooms didn’t look like it had been cleaned. the ac and thermostat was a little odd with options to “turn off” bedroom 1,2 or 3 the problem was no one really knew which one was bedroom 1,2, or 3 The staff tried their best and apologized the Building had a MAJOR electrical cutover resulting in the ENTIRE BUILDING LOSING PROBLEM FOR HOURS.. Although they had generators the cutovers resulted in walking up 16 flights of stairs, no ability to park in the garages and water being temporarily shut off.. I considered extending my stay? The hotel management didn’t think/care to provide me with an enough incentive to try again..

We stayed in a 3 BR apartment and it was spacious and comfortable- furniture was great, kitchen had the basic amenities and appliances - no food items though. Location is great - fairly close to a lot of places and Ubers are easy to get.
