At the beginning it's hard to find the Hotel but overall it was great. Near to Hauptbahnhof, all the staff is nice and friendly, the room is clean and nice.

The hostel was managed very well and everything was clean but the rooms needed fans during the summer because the windows didn't open very much. That is the most necessary thing the management needs to invest in and shouldn't be cheap about that!

The room was clean but hotel is very hectic. Lots of school groups and noisy hallways. Bit far from the sights but overall if looking for a cheap option staff was nice and it was clean.

Well, the stuff that I spoke to were nice the Hotel is really rundown. The heating was not working in my room so we asked for another room which they gave us. However, the second room the heating in the bathroom was working but the heating in the bedroom was not and the lock was not working from the inside.

The location was excellent and the place itself was comfortable, but the coffee was terrible. The customer service was also very poor. It feels like the hotel is run by people who don’t want to be there. I understand the self-service concept, but sometimes their own system doesn’t work and someone needs to assist. The least you expect is a friendly attitude, not to be treated as if you’re a burden. On top of that, my plan included breakfast, but it didn’t show in their system, so I had to pay extra.

I’ve stayed here approximately 30 times in the past 4 years and never had any problems except for this stay. People were screaming and slamming doors well after quiet hours (until midnight- 01:00 am) . They were yelling and fighting in the courtyard late into the night. We stayed for three nights and each night progressively got louder and later. I do hope the management get a hold of these issues.

Stay was ok, we got a room with 2 single beds and a bunk bed. It was hot! There is no AC and not even any fans and I'm telling you, at least having a fan would go a really long way! ALso parking is an issue, we asked for parking however none was provided.

No sound proofing, you could hear every loud conversation from rude guests walking down the hallways at 11.30pm, and big groups of children running and shouting late at night. Also every hallway door slams very loudly and it is enough to wake you up when someone is coming or going late at night or early in the morning. Don't bother with breakfast, everything is covered in flies and the price is too high for such a limited selection.

Hotel is ok if you really want a cheap hotel near Vienna’s central train station. Somewhat unclean, check in took a long time, bed and especially the pillows were very uncomfortable, towels were awful, and loud noises could be heard in the room. Location is ideal near the train station.

Don't let the price deceive you, you are just wasting money on a place you absolutely hate and ruin your trip to Vienna. We booked a room and we can't even stay on the first night - we need to look for another hotel at 11 pm, and I bet we are not the only ones. The room was disgusting. Staff, rude. Hygiene, similar to prison. No one is cleaning the room. Their ventilation fan even had mould in it and was not usable. Critics may say it is only a hostel, but I have never been in a hostel worse than this. The staff there was reluctant to help me out with anything. I remember the guy, Hasan, being reluctant to answer any questions I had during the check-in, and even showing an annoyed face when I asked for a pen. Worst hostel experience.

Was very near to central station which made it easy to get to Vienna airport. Didnt like the check in process. Couldnt find a booking reference, one member of staff didnt want to help. Second member of staff found my booking reference then sent me back to the self check.in which was long winded when it was late with two tired kids.
