At the beginning it's hard to find the Hotel but overall it was great. Near to Hauptbahnhof, all the staff is nice and friendly, the room is clean and nice.

The hostel was managed very well and everything was clean but the rooms needed fans during the summer because the windows didn't open very much. That is the most necessary thing the management needs to invest in and shouldn't be cheap about that!

Needs more staff and proper check in service. Waited an hour because they never provided the right booking number and in the evening had to wait 45 minutes for a drink. Manager and other employee just stood there watching while one girl that was working to help. Never offered to help anyone. Washer and dryers were broken. Wouldn’t recommend even with the great location.

This area is very convenient to the train station, shopping stores, and eateries. However, it is not good for families that want peace and quiet. We experienced no hot water in the morning of our last day stay and the staff on duty were not very helpful.

The room was very good. It was clean, spacious and washrooms were also good with necessary amenities. But, the checkin took so long that we had to be in a que for almost an hour or more. I think it's because of the new year but still they shoukd have done necessary arrangements. Later at night, the heater for room was not working and that too in winter and snow. We asked them if they could do anything about it, but their reply was that there are no rooms available, so they can't do anything. I felt like it was not at all right.

Well, the stuff that I spoke to were nice the Hotel is really rundown. The heating was not working in my room so we asked for another room which they gave us. However, the second room the heating in the bathroom was working but the heating in the bedroom was not and the lock was not working from the inside.

The location was excellent and the place itself was comfortable, but the coffee was terrible. The customer service was also very poor. It feels like the hotel is run by people who don’t want to be there. I understand the self-service concept, but sometimes their own system doesn’t work and someone needs to assist. The least you expect is a friendly attitude, not to be treated as if you’re a burden. On top of that, my plan included breakfast, but it didn’t show in their system, so I had to pay extra.

I’ve stayed here approximately 30 times in the past 4 years and never had any problems except for this stay. People were screaming and slamming doors well after quiet hours (until midnight- 01:00 am) . They were yelling and fighting in the courtyard late into the night. We stayed for three nights and each night progressively got louder and later. I do hope the management get a hold of these issues.
