We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Caroline! The hotel was comfortable, clean, and welcoming. A very special thank you to Christian from the Night Audit team, who went above and beyond to make our early departure easier. Since we had to check out at 5 AM, he kindly prepared an early breakfast for us so we wouldn’t leave hungry. Christian was incredibly kind, thoughtful, and helpful. His warm hospitality and genuine care made us feel truly valued as guests. It’s these little gestures that make a stay memorable! Thank you, Christian, for your exceptional service, and thank you, Hotel Caroline, for such a lovely experience. We truly appreciate it and would happily stay here again! Highly recommended! ❤️

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Caroline in Vienna. Recommend opting for a renovated room, very modern and spacious. The only downside would be it was a bath with a shower curtain which isn’t personal preference but very clean.
The breakfast was satisfying, with a good variety and good quality - including some hams, cheese and eggs as cooked. Paid for mini bar reasonably priced too.
The location of the hotel is very close to both the metro and tram stations, making it easy to move around the city - but be prepared to be cautious when travelling between these and the hotel. A large supermarket a short walk too is super convenient.
I would definitely recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again.

Hotel Caroline whilst not in the heart of old town Vienna has great transport links and all is within easy reach. The facilities are very good. The breakfast spread very, very good. No complaints there. The local area has a middle eastern feel with numerous eateries. The room albeit single was clean and comfortable.

Top quality place. Superbly helpful staff. Bar and an impressive fitness facility with relaxation room attached. Courtyard in the middle with tables too for quiet outdoor time in Vienna in warm weather. Right by tram and u bahn links too so getting into the inner city is easy.

I really liked the hotel. Everything was good, the staff were friendly, the breakfast was nice, and the room was of average cleanliness. There were some hairs on the floor and on the bed, which bothered me a little, but everything else was fine. It’s also close to the train station.

Inside the hotel is modern and clean, the room was a good size with plenty of places to put things, and I found it one of the quieter hotels I've stayed in. I had a friendly welcome and reception is always manned and staff helpful. Located a short walk from a tram stop to Hauptbahnhof or Belvedere (route O), or U-bahn to the Hauptbahnhof, Karlsplatz/Oper, Stephansplatz (U1) the location is convenient, although didn't feel like the best of areas, especially at night. I would recommend this as a place to stay in Vienna.

Beautiful inside, nice view, lots of windows, comfortable bed, staff was great. Area outside was just a touch dodgy, with a relatively unoccupied street surrounding a sign that just says "Hotel", leaving patrons a little less certain.

The room is sparkling clean and the bed, pillows and linens are very comfortable. Had a good night's sleep. The breakfast was excellent, lots of choices, and the staff are very helpful and accommodating. There is free public transportation available to go around the city if you register with the hotel. Would highly recommend this hotel
