Hotel was good and clean. Front desk guys were friendly and helpful. Hotel location was very convenience, The bus # 14A bus in front of the hotel. Having try the bus yet. The nearby tram 0 and subway U1 can bring you to city center, Walking distant to Wien Central Station but I am lazy to connect with tram. Hotel overall was very good and higher recommended. Next Vienna tour will stay with the Hotel Caroline again for sure. Thank you.

Overall, my friend and I were very satified with this hotel. The breakfast is fine with a wide variety of tea bags, ham and cheese. They also offer nice selection of fruit which is good for travelers. There is only one that I hope this hotel to enhance- wifi, wilhich is not stable inside the room. The signal sometimes is quite weak. If this improved, that will be fantastic.

Average, acceptable hotel, clean and tidy, but there is no supplies of any toiletries like hair conditioner, Q-tips etc..And there isn't any coffee or tea supplies in room, no kettle for a hot drink. It is just a bare basic room.

Overall, my friend and I were very satified with this hotel. The breakfast is fine with a wide variety of tea bags, ham and cheese. They also offer nice selection of fruit which is good for travelers. There is only one that I hope this hotel to enhance- wifi, wilhich is not stable inside the room. The signal sometimes is quite weak. If this improved, that will be fantastic.

酒店离U1线地铁站不远，酒店附近白线内晚上到白天9点前停车免费。离火车站2站公交车，做火车去机场只要20分钟，4.2欧/人。 房间宽敞干净。厕所空间大，但是淋浴房较小没有门，用浴帘遮盖，水容易渗出。 沐浴用品不会每天提供。 早餐能吃饱，肉的选择很多。 酒店工作人员热情友好。

The location is close to public transportation. 14A bus stop right outside hotel. Light railway route 0 just around the corner and only take 2 stops to HUF train station. The only small problem is no boiler in the room for hot water.

除了地鐵會搭公車及電車也是很方便雖然要轉車 飯店櫃檯人員親切很熱心的回答所有問題連第一天我的需求都能記得 早餐很歐式但優格很好吃 阿姨很和善的記住我家孩子熱牛奶的需求 每早都自動送上不用額外說明 飯店床很舒服 枕頭軟了些 遮光很好 很安靜 印象非常好 價錢又公道 下一次還會選擇的好旅館 I highly recommend this hotel!

因為無法在hotels.com延長住兩晚，因此改在booking.com加訂兩晚，以e-mail聯繫旅館希望能住同一房間，但旅館未回覆，到旅館時，旅館貼心地告訴住同一間，不需換房，早餐是歐式自助早餐，豐盛美味，旅館附近有地鐵U1及0號電車，附近有五家超商，方便購物，房間採光好，靠小巷道，晚上安靜，旅館有每天打掃，房間有餐桌，mini吧檯，但不是小冰箱，住起來舒適，房間內有電話，隨時可check out
