Highly recommend! Very convenient location near the center of everything! All kind of food and transportation. We always were able to have a rest even in the middle of our intensive sightseeing day. Very friendly atmosphere, very polite and caring staff, very clean and cozy.

This was a wonderful hotel. The staff went above and beyond! When we arrived, we didn't know where to park and the reception staff actually took me through to the parking garage and out to the street to show me where the garage entrance was, since it is easy to miss. The room was cleaned every day and was spotless. It was a spacious room too! We had the bedroom and our daughter had the couch bed, which was in a separate room from the bedroom. Her bed was already made for her and the staff had given us the appropriate number of towels for three guests (this is rare and we usually have to ask for another towel even after booking for 3 guests). We had complementary wine waiting for us. The hotel breakfast is the best I've ever had! Amazing selection of yoghurts, fruit, nuts, spreads, cereals, cakes, bread, eggs, sausages, meats & cheeses, seafood, coffee, fresh juices, and a tea station. And the location was excellent too! 15 min walk to major attractions and close to transportation and the Naschmarkt! I highly recommend this hotel.

The location is great for visiting Vienna. The front desk were helpful but they were not at the dedk at all times. The room was clean and nice. There was no temperature control units in the room and we had to regulate temperature with opening and closing the windows. Considering that the hotel is near a busy street, the noise was s big issue when the windows were open. We also encountered a towel with a hole in it, which is definitely not a deal breaker but it was a bit out of character for such a hotel.

We enjoyed the very ample breakfast menu and great staff attending. Our room was most comfortable if a bit small, but the bathroom was well appointed. Would highly recommend for comfort and the excellent location to all the cultural institutions and museums.

The hotel is located next to Nachtmarkt and nearby the Opera, so great location for seeing sights, shopping and events. The staff was extremely helpful with information and quickly handled requests. The overall experience was excellent! Only quibble would be that the hotel WiFi in the lobby is mostly nonexistent. In the rooms, the WiFi was excellent.

Location was good. The view outside of the window was awful, practically a wall and we couldn't even see the sky. We asked to be moved to a different room but they claimed the hotel was fully booked. There was no phone in the room, no black tea bags (although this was available from reception) and our safe didn't work even after we went back to reception to get the instructions. Air conditioning is not switched on at this time of year so the room was very hot.
