I booked this hotel for my mom. Overall, her stay was decent, but at checkout one of the receptionists tried to charge her extra despite us providing proof that the stay was already paid in full. She was also quite rude. With service like this, I doubt I’ll book this hotel again.

we had an issue with leaving items in the safe after check out. It was disappointing to see that whilst they were fully aware we had left items in the safe, they made no effort to communicate with us to advise us, I thought that was very poor and could have resolve unnecessary travel for us

It was a great little hotel. Great location right near the river. Great access to public transportation. The breakfast could use an upgrade, but overall fine. Room decor was lovely, every room was different. Mine appealed to my taste and the room was quite spacious.

Location is good. About 10-15 minutes walking to old town. The place however is a bit creepy, odd decoration (shabby vintage and trying-to be quirky), but also a little dusty. Our room was number 6, which was spacious and (except for first night) quiet, but the cave like decor, especially the shower were creepy. Unfortunately the room also smelled a bit of sewage which improved later.
The female staff were all very nice and helpful, the older guys at night grumpy and not very helpful (“sort it yourself kind of attitude”).
Breakfast was good. But overall don’t think I will stay again.

Situated by the canal, 10 mins from ferry terminal and 15 mins drive from airport. Slightly outside of the central area but easily reached by Uber or walking. Hotel was clean and staff were really helpful. Hotel could do with some updating. Breakfast could have had more options but was very adequate for the cost. Met standards of 3 star. Tea and coffee and fridge in room would add value.

This is an odd hotel. It has unique vintage decorations. It doesn’t have a bar. Doesn’t offer laundry service. Location is excellent. Rooms are large. Bathroom nice.

Run far from this hotel. This hotel is filthy. The shower and shower walls are full of mould. The chandelier cover in think dust. OMG let's don't talk about under the bed. Under the bed add clumps of dust.
The headboard was also dirty.
In the dining area all the decor in there was also full of dust. Complaint to the hotel of the condition of the hotel and they refused to do anything about it.
Worked expensive ever.

The hotel location was great for me because it was in a quiet area outside of the main hustle and bustle, but still very walkable to many restaurants. The historic center and most attractions were about a twenty minute walk. As for the property itself, I paid over $800 for three nights. After staying there, I’d say that price is about double what it should be. My room was fairly basic so maybe that’s why, but there were zero amenities in the room. No coffee, no kettle, no air con (and it was 90 F degrees out), not even water. The shower was tiny and only put out scalding hot (i mean really burning to the point of being intolerable) water and they attempted to fix it but never really did. The last day there was a sewage smell in the bathroom so i covered vents up w towels and didn’t bother to say anything bc at that point I was leaving. Staff is friendly enough and breakfast was basic but good.

A slightly wacky hotel but does the job. The room was small but I only used it for a few hours at night to sleep and shower. Was relatively quiet.
