Outside of the city centre but walkable. Hotel looks a bit dated, would be acceptable with air-conditioning. The fact that there was a broken fan in the room added insult to injury. We asked for another fan but were refused. We therefore stuck in the room with poor ventilation for two days.

Best hotel room and breakfast in best prices. Easy to find, the receptions are helpful and the room is clean and full equipped with all necessary items. Highly recommend for budgeting trip.

Værelset var rent. Blev ordnet hver dag. Friske håndklæder hver dag. Stille og roligt kvarter. Dejlig morgenmad med varieret udvalg. Lidt problem den første dag med at finde hotellet. Tag fra lufthavnen til Wien Mitte. Tag derfra sporvogn 0 og kør 2 stop. Gå til hotellet. Tag sporvogn 1 mod byen og du er hurtigt på Ringen. Nyd de mange flotte bygninger

The hotel is well located- close to trains to downtown. Some of their posted options do not seem to actually be there. There is a great grocery store and excellent restaurant for breakfast nearby, so I recommend eating there and buying laundry detergent at the grocery store to wash clothes as needed. They’ll dry quickly. There is also good gelato and some nice restaurants in the nearby church area. The staff - it’s best to know at least a little bit of German, as the staff responds much better to that. The room was cleaned every day. Street noise is very real at this hotel, but that is life! The room - was just fine. Bed was great, actually! The room was cleaned every day. Bathroom - no bath tub or hot tub and the shower is about the right size for a teenage ballerina. So, definitely keep that in mind if you’re visiting Vienna to eat the Schnitzel and Sachertorte. A larger shower would definitely be welcomed. The room key - this is an older establishment, so you must return and pick up the key each time you leave. It seemed to inconvenience the staff. Overall - good for the money. Again, location is excellent.

Staff is super friendly and helped us getting an early check-in after a red eye flight. Breakfast is excellent and the hotel is 5 mins walking from a train stop.

I think this hotel is underrated! Our room was stunning, with a custom artistic mosaic. Everything was pleasant, clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to family and friends!

A wonderful and unique hotel with opulent feeling rooms that were comfortable. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Enjoyed staying there.

Chambre propre et spacieuse

I booked this hotel for my mom. Overall, her stay was decent, but at checkout one of the receptionists tried to charge her extra despite us providing proof that the stay was already paid in full. She was also quite rude. With service like this, I doubt I’ll book this hotel again.
