The staff service was above all! Helped with every request, always welcoming with a smile. Rooms are cleaned every day. Hotel is beautiful, but I would say the room is a little small.

This was a perfect stay for us in Vienna. The hotel is central and with easy public transportation but not necessarily in the mix of the downtown area. It was quiet and the hotel staff was extremely helpful and friendly. I would most certainly stay there again.

Lovely, experience my entire stay as a solo traveller. Staff were kind and attentive. It felt like home.

we were extremely disappointed by our room resembling a loft or attic space rather than a standard hotel room. The ceiling height was so low that I could not sit up or get into the bed without repeatedly hitting my head. We certainly did not expect that for a room at this price point. I addition, the housekeeping service was very poor. Towels were not replaced regularly and our room was never cleaned or vacuumed for the 7 days we were there. We had to ask for everything. The staff in the hotel was nice but otherwise everything else was terrible.

I recently stayed at Miiro Palais Rudolf and had a wonderful experience. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. The room was spotless and well-maintained, which added to the comfort of my stay. Overall, a great choice for anyone looking for a clean, cozy place with excellent service. Highly recommended!

With all the high standard expectations of design, location and comfort met, it is the staff and service that allow this Hotel to be remembered as a gem. Great to have a hotel with personality, and a fine one at that. Highly recommend

The room was clean, quiet and with plenty space to switch off from the Vienna live streets. Breakfast quality top with personalized service and the personnel very attentive to any allergy or requirement. 100% recommendable

I had a fabulous stay at the Palais Rudolf. It's just re-opened after a refit, so needless to say everything was in immaculate condition and beautifully appointed. The hotel has an ideal location, just a few minutes walk from the city centre, but on a really quiet little square. My room was spacious, comfortable and very cosy - I reallly feel the cold, but was always the perfect temperature here. The bathroom was very elegant with a gigantic shower and lovely-smelling toiletries. The real stand-outs were the staff who are all so friendly and had great attention to detail, for example the gentleman on the front desk always remembered I liked a cup of tea when I came in. Everyone was happy to chat, offer suggestions and ask what I'd been up to, but weren't at all overbearing. It was my birthday during my stay and I was treated to delicious patisserie and a hand-written card, which was a really kind touch. Thanks also to the sommelier in the bar who recommended just the right wine (and more cake!) to celebrate and gave lots of great Vienna information. The only tiny negative was that my room was on the inner courtyard, so no view and a bit dark, but that was my fault for just booking the cheapest room! Overall, the attention to detail and the right balance between feeling fancy, but not stuffy, made for a really memorable stay.

This property opened just last month. Everything about our stay was perfect. The staff was friendly, food done very well, and ambience serene. Very accessible to the “old town” via walking. This hotel is going to do very well. Book before prices rise.

Habitaciones renovadas

La stanza è risultata leggermente sottodimensionata per la sistemazione dei bagagli. La biancheria non è stata cambiata quotidianamente. In modo particolare si segnala che le lenzuola non sono state mai cambiate durante tutta la permanenza.

Hyvä sijainti, helppo lähteä joka suuntaan. Lentokenttä bussi tuli ja lähti ihan nurkan taakse. Huoneet tilavat, siistit, juuri remontoidut, hyvät sängyt. Ystävällinen henkilökunta. Aamiainen oli pöytiin tarjoiluna, valitse vaihtoehdoista systeemillä, joka aamu sama, todella suppea. Vois olla vaikka kolmen aamun kiertävä lista. Nyt syötiin kolme aamua ihan samat ruuat. Mutta, se mitä tarjottiin oli hyvää.
