The staff are nice and friendly. Clean room and easy access to bus and trains. 15min walk to St. stephen cathedral. We love that they upgrader our room, have a welcome drink as well as a honeymoon gift.

This is a beautiful hotel with very kind people. I enjoyed staying here. The beds are also super comfortable and firm. Beautiful green velvet decor, hardwood floors and they write personal welcome notes. Central location as well. Just stunning building inside.

The staff service was above all! Helped with every request, always welcoming with a smile. Rooms are cleaned every day. Hotel is beautiful, but I would say the room is a little small.

This was a perfect stay for us in Vienna. The hotel is central and with easy public transportation but not necessarily in the mix of the downtown area. It was quiet and the hotel staff was extremely helpful and friendly. I would most certainly stay there again.

we were extremely disappointed by our room resembling a loft or attic space rather than a standard hotel room. The ceiling height was so low that I could not sit up or get into the bed without repeatedly hitting my head. We certainly did not expect that for a room at this price point. I addition, the housekeeping service was very poor. Towels were not replaced regularly and our room was never cleaned or vacuumed for the 7 days we were there. We had to ask for everything. The staff in the hotel was nice but otherwise everything else was terrible.

I recently stayed at Miiro Palais Rudolf and had a wonderful experience. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. The room was spotless and well-maintained, which added to the comfort of my stay. Overall, a great choice for anyone looking for a clean, cozy place with excellent service. Highly recommended!

Hyvä sijainti, helppo lähteä joka suuntaan. Lentokenttä bussi tuli ja lähti ihan nurkan taakse. Huoneet tilavat, siistit, juuri remontoidut, hyvät sängyt. Ystävällinen henkilökunta. Aamiainen oli pöytiin tarjoiluna, valitse vaihtoehdoista systeemillä, joka aamu sama, todella suppea. Vois olla vaikka kolmen aamun kiertävä lista. Nyt syötiin kolme aamua ihan samat ruuat. Mutta, se mitä tarjottiin oli hyvää.

Soggiorno davvero eccellente. La posizione è uno dei punti di forza: l’hotel si trova fuori dal caos turistico ma a circa 5 minuti a piedi da Stephansplatz, quindi centrale senza essere rumoroso. A circa 300 metri c’è inoltre una fermata della metro molto comoda per raggiungere Wien Mitte e da lì prendere il treno diretto per l’aeroporto. L’hotel è completamente nuovo: è stato ristrutturato e rimodernato integralmente ed è aperto da pochissimo. Le parti comuni e le camere sono tutte nuove, moderne e curate. Per questo motivo è inutile fare riferimento a recensioni o foto vecchie: la struttura oggi è totalmente diversa. Ha senso considerare solo recensioni a partire da novembre 2025 in poi. Siamo arrivati molto presto, verso le 9 del mattino, e ci è stato possibile fare subito il check-in perché la camera era già pronta, un plus tutt’altro che scontato. In più, vista la disponibilità, ci è stato assegnato un upgrade di camera, gesto molto apprezzato. Il giorno del check-out ci hanno inoltre permesso di lasciare i bagagli fino alle 15, consentendoci di sfruttare ancora la mattinata per visitare la città senza pensieri. Struttura nuova, posizione strategica e gestione molto efficiente. Assolutamente consigliato.

With all the high standard expectations of design, location and comfort met, it is the staff and service that allow this Hotel to be remembered as a gem. Great to have a hotel with personality, and a fine one at that. Highly recommend
