We had a lovely 3 night stay at VAYA Seefeld. The hotel is perfectly located near Seefeld town and is well connected with buses and the main train station. The hotel itself was very well maintained, modern but with a traditional feel. Our room was immaculate - the house keeping team had left our room spotless. Our room was a good size and the bathroom was of a high standard. Our room had a balcony with a nice view too. The facilities in the hotel were also really clean, it was nice to have the pool and spa area to relax. The restaurant was of a high standard, breakfast was always well stocked and our evening meals (included) were beautifully presented and delicious. The staff were always friendly when we had interactions. We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed in the 5 bedroom chalet. It was beautiful & had so much space. Unfortunately the in room sauna didn’t work our 1st night, but the manager allowed us to use the hotels’ sauna after hours which was nice. They got the sauna working our 2nd night. Only issue was parking - it was $16/day if you’re even given a spot (there are only a few - they didn’t initially give us one & we drive around for an hour looking for street parking with no luck). For the price, parking should be included

Lovely stay. Clean, spacious rooms and bathrooms. Really helpful staff to all, including children. Food very nice, more choice for children not eating main dishes would be welcome, but otherwise excellent. Pool clean and nice atmosphere. Children are allowed in the pool, but not all guests happy with this, so picking a quieter time or signs to say all welcome would be helpful to prevent the tutting. I would have liked to have known that a drinks token was available if you didn't have a daily room clean (found out on last night). Easy access to centre and bus/trains. Rooms a bit stuffy at times, couldn't leave window open due to smell of smokers on balconies or right outside the building. Very comfortable stay otherwise and would recommend

Great location, only 2 minutes' walk to the village center and the train station. Nice hotel with modern alpine design. Pool and sauna are nice to use. Breakfast is OK, nothing special. Nice bar area but not always attended. Parking is a bit challenging, best option is the underground parking. Would definitely book this hotel again!

We had a lovely 7 night stay at this hotel with our 2 small children on a half board basis. What particularly stood out was standard and variety of food every night, we ate so well! We also really liked the pool and the kiddy club - which our girls (6 and 3) insisted on going to every afternoon. Great location next to the station, and short walk into the centre of Seefeld.

The views are breathtaking from the 3rd floor. Our room had everything we wanted and I’m sure they upgraded our room to tick all those boxes. Our room was a large suite, 2x bathrooms, great terrace balcony and a choice of cotbeds or single beds for the little ones. The snow added to our magical Christmas break. Chef produced 4x courses that were beautifully presented and tasted delicious, even for a fussy eater like me. The other 2x course were the salad buffet and cheese/grape selection. Staff are super friendly and happy to help with any request. Cosy log fire downstairs with our free cake and coffee at 4pm. Our almost 3 year old enjoyed the softplay. Her main course each day was also great. Hotel has a lovely traditional feel. Church with Christmas market is 5mins walk and the train station is situated just before you get there. 1hour - Horse carriage ride €55 for our whole family was the perfect way for us to get around with the little ones. We purchased several drinks from the bar on the first night and purchased amaretto/coke, and mozart chocolate from the supermarket for the remaining 3 nights. I have taken so many photos. Austria is definitely one of my new favourites.

Was dissappointed mostly, with the exception of good bar service by the lovely girl from the bar, and wait staff at dinner. Check in and out was slow, and cumbersome. Dinner was buffet, I hate them, and room was tired, as was hotel
