The hotel and staff are great. Food is amazing and good value for money! It's card only. Room is cleaned everyday and is air-conditioned. Location is perfect for seeing the island, it has a bus stop right outside and is only bbd 3.50 (£1.50) no matter how far you go! The pool and beach are great. No complaints at all. I will definitely be coming back to stay

Omg! Rudest staff at hotel restaurant. Staff ignored you, looked straight at you and just walked away. Rude if you asked them anything almost boarderline hostile. We purposely avoided the restaurant due to staff behavior. There was multiple gueat complaining and we witnessed poor behavior with other guests! Pool closes early around 6 which we kinda new from the reviews. However would be nice to be able to swim later.

The customer service was excellent - most staff were super friendly and helpful. The location is very ideal; there’s a mini supermarket across the road and the bus stop is right outside! The amenities was good. We had a late fight was able to store of luggage and use the hospitality room (toilet, shower and clean towels) to clean up before our flight - after a day at the beach! The room was spacious and good. But you get what you pay for! The partial ocean view room is more like MINIMAL ocean view. If you stay in a room on the ground floor and facing the street, it will be very noisy! The food was very underwhelming. We had lunch there once and it was nothing to rave about. There are waaaay better options elsewhere. The beach was good, there was plenty of beach beds available - no umbrella but there was lots of shade options due to the trees. Note that there is a lot of seaweed on the beach. Overall, this hotel was much more affordable than others and you get what you paid for. It was good for our short stay as we had plans most days.

The stay was ok. They just didn’t tell us about any services that the hotel offered, when we checked in. They need to work on dealing with people of color. We felt like second class guests. We were the only black people in the hotel. We booked four rooms.

The fact that it is family-owned is a major factor. It is well located, close to excellent restaurants like Champers and Tapas and of course Blush for breakfast. Staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Margo, who helped us with our tours’ arrangements. Meeting Linda, one of the owners, and later her daughter Kim, was a bonus. Entertainment was good for the most part. Food was quite good. Breakfast was very good. Definitely worth another visit.

We are not big on all-inclusive hotels but this was a great place to stay in Barbados, especially considering dining is very expensive on the island. Very nice beach and good beach service for both chairs and drinks. We had a comfortable beachfront room with a great view as we were upgraded by Expedia VIP. Good beach bar and fantastic sunsets.
