Staff was friendly and accommodating, the free breakfast was excellent, the hotel was close to everywhere good for sightseeing food and shopping and easy travel, and the room was beautiful comfortable and clean. We really enjoyed the balcony with city views.

The property is very well situated, close to the Grand Place, a beautiful cathedral, and a train station. Our room had a small balcony with a table and chairs, which was a nice touch. Breakfast was very good, although it could get busy, resulting in some waiting times for service or food items. Obviously a popular destination!
