La albergo centralismo con una accoglienza ottima. La signorina alla reception gentilissima. Quando arrivi se non è pronta ancora la stanza c’è lobi dove ti offrono caffè te la stanza è comoda e la prima colazione di buona qualità. Puoi camminare dappertutto. Tornerei molto molto volentieri. L’unica cosa che la strada era in riparazione però quello sarà risolto tra poco penso…

Great staff. I recommend that you fix the lightbulbs in my room. I reported the problem twice and nothing was done. Otherwise, all else was great.

The location, cleanliness, staff, breakfast, everything was perfect. As a couple, we left the hotel very happy. We will stay here when we come to Brussels again.

The hotel is conveniently located near the central train station and metro. Walkable area near tourist spots. Hotel is nice and room was ok. The room was clean and so was the bathroom but there was an odd smell coming from the bathroom, like sewer. And the air conditioning wasn't working properly in the room, as it was just air temperature coming out and the thermostat didn't seem to work. I believe the common areas didn't have air at all since it felt hot. Wi-Fi was not great either since connection seem to drop quite frequently over our stay. Overall it is a good hotel if you are looking for a centra location and you are planning to be out and about most of your time.

I was put in room #1. Which is on the lower level. Although it looked nice, it was not. The room had a musty smell to it. The room is located right below the breakfast room and bar, everytime someone would move a chair you could hear it in the room. The bar patrons use the washrooms that are located beside your room, which you can hear as well. Also located beside the room is the housekeeping area. If the people having breakfast don’t wake you up in the morning the housekeeping staff preparing for their day will. I made a comment when I left that this really wasn’t a nice room and was basically told it was my fault for not saying anything. I asked if they had another room available the night before and she said no they were booked up, so it wouldn’t have made a difference if I said something or not.

Very comfortable hotel, great location near central station, easy access to/from airport by train. To the old town is just a 5 minutes walk. Only construction site beside the hotel was first a bit disturbing, but we understand the need for renovation in the metro station. It will become more practical in the future. You can hear a bit of traffic noise to the room but it was not bad.The hotel is cosy, the staff was very friendly, and we even got the room 3 hours earlier as we came to the hotel, because our room was ready. It was a pleasant surprise. The breakfast was "normal" but included everything we wanted, fresh and tasty. I would recommend this hotel.

It's a smaller hotel with very nice staff. It's located very close to the Central Station and many sights. Unfortunately there's a big construction site around the Central Station at the moment but you can find a way around it. I'd definitely recommend this hotel.

We thought there could be some literature around as such like physical maps etc telling tourists about sightseeing. Also, towels were far too small and not particularly good quality( too thin and worn) for the shower so more like hand towels. There was insufficient storage( no bedside units with drawers just small tables- so bit pointless. Plus, we felt the mattress on beds ( especially as we had superior room rating) could have been thicker. In addition, milk option to have with coffee would've been nice as we don't drink our coffee or tea black!

Location is excellent moments from Brussels Central Station and Grand Place..Breakfast ticks the box of getting you past lunch so saves money...Room clean and comfortable and any minor issues dealt with professionally and with great feedback. Would recommend..

It was as expected a quality 3 star hotel.
The room was a great size though a bedside table would be a useful improvement. Found the bed was on casters so if you leaned on the headboard the bed moved very quickly leaving you unsupported. There was not enough sockets to have the kettle, coffee maker and fridge plugged in at the same time though as the fridge did not really appear to be working properly it could easly bd left unplugged
