The heating didn't work correctly and the service guy told me that he would come back in 1 hour to check it again, but he never came back.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Only fault really was that there needed to be more pillows in room. We asked for extra and 2/3 came.

Not a great hotel for families. Rooms very dated. Carpets in the rooms and nasty stains all over them, feels very dirty. Bed like a block of wood and pillows with filling all knotted and bunched in places. No sound proofing at all so can hear people in the hallways, and very busy train station right outside so very loud. Parking very far, so if coming with a car avoid this hotel at all costs, if not for the reasons above anyway. Arrived at 11pm with 2 very tired children, 2 and 4 years old. No parking at all outside, risked parking in the road for a few minutes while unloading the bags. Asked wife to go and check in so I could park the car. Parking is 15/20 minutes away including walk back to hotel. Asked my wife to check in and go to the room. Her purse and phone was in the car in the hurry. When I got to the hotel they were still at reception and was told receptionist wouldn’t give the key because the tourist tax had to be paid. I asked the receptionist why couldn’t you give my wife and kids the room key as I was coming back and it’s 11pm for a 2 and 4 year old who were very restless and making it difficult for wife to look after. Fee was only €5 and all she said is I can’t give it, there’s cameras all over watching me. It’s such a stupid excuse, and doesn’t care about customers at all and their struggles. Wife was struggling for 20 minutes with 2 children who were rolling around the floor while she just watched on. They could have been in bed, and all for €5.

The front counter staff were amazing! Rashid (sp?) and Claudia really stood out with their stellar customer service and friendliness! Our room was very clean. We would definitely recommend.

Across street from train station. Staff amazingly patient as they checked in all arriving visitors with the electricity completely off in the whole building on arrival. Emergncy stair lighting on .. restored after 3 hours. A story to tell.

The breakfast was good but very busy. Lines for coffee and waffles. Staff worked hard to keep up with demand.

Poor quality of breakfast especially for vegetarian. Friendly and helpful staff. Location good situs adjacent to the railway station

Great location for train station and day trips to Ghent and Brugge. Excellent breakfast. Nice staff. Busy area around hotel and station.

Property was clean, good location to the train station. Outside of hotel it was dirty, smokers should be fined for throwing cigarettes!

The hotel is right of the central station, very convenient, staffs are very nice and welcoming. Room is clean and spacious and quiet.

This was a great hotel with a friendly staff!! So many great food options and the train station is literally across the street so it was super convenient..The night shift staff at the hotel was a blast at the bar!! Thank you for a great time!!

We had an excellent experience at the Hampton by Hilton Antwerp. We came in by train and the station is just across the street from the hotel. Lots of restaurants and places of interest were in walking distance. The rooms were clean, comfortable and bright. There was a great breakfast included with lots of options. Finally, the staff was friendly and very helpful.

The hotel is very well located next to the main station with a lot of restaurants nearby. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room and bathroom were very clean and of satisfactory size. My only reservation was a lack of storage space with only 2 drawers in the room.

Great place to stay, not so far from the main attractions of Antwerp. The highlight is the breakfast which is really worth it.

Property was very convenient for the railway. There is building work going on nearby. Food was limited in hotel bit lots of choice with 10 mins walk. Only thing I would of liked that the premises didn't have was a cold water dispenser to refill water bottles
