Very nice hotel. great location. we stayed In the family suite which had 2 separate bedrooms and a lounge area, which was very spacious. lovely breakfast.

Staff were very helpful at reception and staff at breakfast were also friendly. Room was spotless and great facilities as well. Beds comfortable and room was very modern. Enjoyed sweets at front desk too!

The hotel is located right on one of the beautiful canals of Brugge, just a short walk from everything you could need. The hotel was clean, cozy, and the staff were kind and helpful. I would absolutely stay again.

The room was clean and a good size. The walls did not appear to be very thick so it was possible to hear other guests at times, however this was not overly disruptive. For the price paid and the location I think it represents good value for money. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable about the area.

We had to leave before breakfast but the room was in a good location ans comfy bed. I think it wouks be better though if there was a headboard to improve comfort when sitting up. One pillow isnt enough either. But it was lovely and clean and a nice bathroom.

Hotel was in the perfect location over looking the canal. The rooms were tastefully decorated and the shower was huge. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable and the bed linen also very comfortable and cosy to sleep in.
The staff were friendly. Although we did not have breakfast it did smell great and the bar area looked very cosy.
Would highly recommend.
