Staff was great and very helpful

the room had A fantastic view of beach but it rained all week and spent alot to stay in room! one weird thing happened i had put 2 shot glasses and frome in newspaper! i think the maid thought it was trash cause of newspsper ?? i didnt notice till time to check out. i would like 2 shot glass from Bermuda u should be able to send me them. room 1250 anytype. ill have to foget the frame! All of the charm, beauty and hospitality I have ever experienced at other hotels in Bermuda is lost here at St. Regis. It doesn’t appear that they need or want your business but rather just expect it. I only stayed here on the last night of my 6 nights here as I wanted to see another area of the island but truly regret not staying where I was.

Staff were wonderful. So friendly and helpful. The room upgrade was very much appreciated. Our only complaint is that the turn down service was far too early. They often came late afternoon so we rarely took advantage of it. Not a big deal. We also had no hot water on our last morning but that was likely a glitch. The patio furniture needed repairing but it was still beautiful. We would definitely stay here again.

The staff was very inviting from the start! The room was super clean. The pools and the beach were beautiful. All in all a great place to stay for a relaxing time.

Fabulous time with the adult children -right in the beach , food was fabulous , staff was insanely nice !

Great but very expensive.

The stay and location was lovely, but we have objections about hidden fees. At the start they asked for over $3000 to hold for 'incidental costs' and assured us that it would be returned to us if we didn't do anything. We thought this was awfully high, but then discovered that they kept most of it at the end with some fees that make sense, but others that make none, such as an 'Accommodation Fee' of $1000 each night. What was the purpose of paying for a hotel room if we had to pay even more for it by being 'accommodated' in it?

Great resort! Very beautiful views and rooms

This resort offers breathtaking, direct oceanfront views and exceptional, friendly service that makes you feel truly welcomed. The dining options are fantastic, providing great food throughout the stay. However, the experience is severely hindered by extremely thin walls; the rooms are very noisy, making it difficult to relax or sleep peacefully. Overall, while the staff and scenery are top-notch, the inability to find peace and quiet in the rooms makes it difficult to fully relax. If you are a light sleeper, this may not be the peaceful getaway you are expecting.

Our 3 day stay was exceptional. The staff treats everyone like family and the hotel itself is beautiful. The beach is right behind the property and swimmable. I’m not sure I’d stay anywhere else in Bermuda.

Wow! I’m a traveler. I have visited hundreds of hotels. I can count on one hand the number of hotels that are wow. I felt the staff and management wanted me and my family to have a good time. The views are beautiful, the rooms are nice, and for golf lovers, the course is great. I have to mention names: April dining room, Christopher pool, Nelson, Summit, and Joshua at the reception—they were exceptional! But I really can’t say anything bad about any of the other staff members. A little bit of critique: the rooms smell a little bit moldy, the smell in the dining room is not the best, and the dinner menu is a little bit limited. I highly recommend This hotel!

Clean room with exceptionally comfortable bed. Everyone is incredibly accommodating. The beach view and access is lovely.

Very clean. Attentive staff. Restaurant host and servers and room attendants make attempt to learn your name, get to know you. Beach not huge but secluded and very quiet. Sand is fine granular, tan-faint pink. Water is amazing of course. Went off-peak and hotel probably only 25% full. Never had a proble getting prime chair location on the beach or cabana. Overall very amazing and would consider going back again next time we are in this island paradise!

This hotel had the top notch service in every possible way. The staff were amazing and helpful. The room was very clean and we had the best view from the balcony. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who plans to visit Bermuda.

The St Regis ypgraded our room to ocean fro t view suite. The bed was amazing, the food was amazing ( octopus beet salad yum ) the room was great with a 4 pc bath & it was a great size room with a large outdoor setting area looking straight on at the ocean. Our roomwas 200' from the ocean which was surreal with the turquoise colored water. The staff was so noce and accomodative! The gym is nice too! We will be coming back to the St Regis!
