We absolutely loved every aspect of our stay. The hotel was incredible and the private beach was gorgeous. The entire staff was highly professional, friendly, and always attentive. We will be recommending the St. Regis to our friends and we will definitely be back!

Beautiful place.

Beautiful ocean view

The St Regis is a beautiful property. Our Grand Luxe Ocean Front room was amazing. The staff is outstanding and wants to assist in any way possible to assure that guests enjoy their stay. I highly recommend this resort and look forward to a return visit.

Great property! Love the decor, friendly staff, amenities… Two pools, one for families, right next to the lovely beach.

Fantastic

We have been here 3 times in last year but this time around we felt like things have got outdated and the stay wasn as pleasant as the last 2. The pool chairs were rusty and very badly stained.

Ocean view, large room, spa, balcony & view

Rooms were clean and newly updated. Beautiful views from all areas of the hotel. Butler and room service was excellent. Short cab ride from the airport. Only two negatives; 1) Bartender at the pool bar (Jonathan) had a poor attitude and was rude. Don’t expect that from a 5 star hotel. 2) Food was very expensive vs quality. It was good, but not worth the overall price. Overall, loved our stay at the St Regis and definitely would return.

Great service

There were not enough amenities. Store had few items no water sports no soda machines limited food selections at restaurant only 1 restaurant not a lot to do.

Our stay at the St. Regis Bermuda was nothing short of phenomenal. The property is a fabulous, modern facility with an authentic luxury look and feel throughout. Service was outstanding, and several staff members made lasting impressions on us with their warmth and attentiveness. Food and beverages were consistently very good, with breakfast being truly exceptional. Our room was spacious and beautifully appointed, and the breathtaking ocean view made it unforgettable. Check-in and check-out were seamless. We especially loved the sabering ceremony and the way the hotel weaves Bermuda’s heritage into its design and experience—a truly memorable stay.

Staff was top notch! Location of property and property itself was great. Only suggestion is staff could be a little more attentive beach side. Maybe place a call button on umbrella pole like the Four Seasons offers.

Amazing experience and very helpful and polite staff. Food is phenomenal and can easily dine 3-4 nights there without eating the same dish twice. The pool and beach is sublime and relaxing. Only gripe is there is a facility fee that we didn't notice until after we checked out

Great location, fantastic beach. Not many dining options unless you walk or taxi elsewhere. Rooms and room design a bit dated. Staff very nice and professional with a few outliers which is unexpected for a high end property.

Nice hotel clean and very attentive staff nice beach and pool areas

A big WOW!!!! I will definitely be coming back here. I have been to Bermuda three times now, and this was the best experience that I had the St Regis Hotel. Firstly, it was so close to the airport, only a 10 minute taxi ride. So by the time we landed, got our luggages and got to the hotel, that all happened within 1 hour only. We were able to enjoy the whole day at the beach rather than spending the day traveling. Secondly, the hotel is absolutely stunning and very clean. We loved how everything was set up. The beach, the pool and the hotel were all so close to each other, so it created an intimate experience and a very convenient one too. I've been to Bermuda before where you had to take a shuttle to the beach or walk down quite a few stairs at other hotels, but I won't do that again after this experience at St Regis. They have their own Beach that you can walk to which is two seconds from the pool. Thirdly! The service was outstanding. No matter who you talk to from the staff, they were all so kind, so courteous, and so humble. Their main goal was to help you and to make your stay incredible no matter what it took. I can tell that the training they do for their staff is top-notch. The food was also great. Similar to other reviews, yes it's very expensive, but at the end of the day it was sort of all worth it to be honest. We ate at the hotel and at Achilles and Sul Verde which were SO good! I will definitely come back to this hotel ♥️
