전체 평가 및 리뷰 The St. Regis Bermuda Resort

When we booked our Bermuda trip we did a lot of research into hotels, and coming to St Regis we had good expectations but in literally every respect our expectations were blown out of the water. From the moment we arrived to the time of leaving we have had a stay of a lifetime. It could not have been better, it was truly spectacular. The staff were wonderful, rooms absolutely first class and everything from poolside dining to the steak restaurant, the standard was exceptional. The hardest part is leaving but without doubt we will be back as soon as possible.

Really friendly staff, very clean, beautiful quiet beach

It's great location walking distance to St. George where you can catch the bus and go and see the island

The service from the entire staff was amazing. Everyone was so friendly and engaging. The rooms are spacious and luxurious. Views add another layer of calm and relaxation. Food was delicious and room service arrived quickly. A bit secluded but that’s what we wanted. Would stay at the St Regis again and again! Came home relaxed and refreshed.

All is great

What was unique about this property was that it was close to everything from downtown St. George, to tobacco bay (BEST BEACH & SUNSET VIEWS), to private little beaches off to the sides. This location was everything. We spent 5 days here and it was very adventurous. The only thing I would say is that your food options are pretty limited but the location makes up for it.

We knew exactly what we wanted for a vacation! We wanted a place that is pristine and tranquil by the sea. St. Regis totally enhanced our vacation because of their exceptional service, beautiful and spacious ambience, and unbeatable location of serenity and seclusion. The amazing staff made us feel at home because they remembered our names and flavor of tea we drink in restaurants. In addition, we met other great guests from Canada and England. We would return to the same spot in a heart beat.

We didn't have working water on the last day so we could not take a shower before we left.

Very comfortable hotel, and impressive service throughout all level of staff

They need to hire an events coordinator. There was very little to do. Organized activities at the pool for adults and kids should take place. A bonafide New Year's party with dancing at the hotel would have been great. Encouraging customer interactions thru shared activities would be wonderful. automatic tip added to everything was abusive. The hotel, rooms, balconies, beach were amazing!

There were a few ups and downs in regard to room cleaning and linens, but in the end all worked out.

We had no control of the thermostat in our room.. we were often cold.. it took 2 hrs to get a blanket. Overly priced
