Hotel muito limpo e famíliar. Tivemos um atendimento espetacular desde manobrista, recepção e áreas da piscina. O atendimento do restaurante com Sr. Paulo sempre muito atencioso e cuidadoso nos detalhes.

Food is A-M-A-Z-I-N-G. Service is great. Only thing bad are the guys trying to sell you a stay at the new building under construction.

I stayed at this hotel for just one night, after having walked out of another hotel I had booked nearby as it was just too bad. Unfortunately, they only had availability for one night, but this one night was a very pleasant experience in every sense. My booking was on half board so I had dinner at the hotel. The food options were basic, but good. You can order from their a la carte menu, so I thought that the half board offering was poor on that basis. One also has to pay for any drinks had during dinner, even water. The room was large and comfortable, the towels were fluffy and fresh. Breakfast was a very positive experience with ample choice of foods, fruit, juices, etc. Wifi connectivity is poor, so if like me you need it to work, you will struggle. The hotel staff are very helpful and polite. Overall, I had a very positive experience at the Best Western Suites Le Jardim Caldas Novas. Shame it was raining heavily so I couldn't try out their thermal pools. Maybe next time!
