Everything about the hotel is absolutely perfect. Great view, clean and spacious room plus rooftop pool and beach amenities were great.

This resort is spectacular! The rooftop pool, restaurant and the service are top notch.

Love this hotel! Very clean, nice and high quality. The staff just makes the experience even better! Everyone is so welcoming and helpful. To mention a few names of the people that helped me this stay on a daily basis: Rilary (at the front desk, she’s the best, give her a raise and a bonus); Ferreira, Lorenzo, Samuel, Amanda & Everton (at the rooftop, they served me on the daily, even had my preferences memorized, great service); Taisa, Elisa, & Mariana(at the spa, always so warm and helpful); and lastly Giselle (best masseuse in the house)! 10/10 recommend!

Room was smelly, bar staff unfriendly and elevator dropped to -2 which is messy storage space. Overall staff were professional and the hotel has potential to be greate if some details are dealt with.

Beautifull view and excellent service

Smart hotel, awesome Copacabana views. Some room for improvement as some things look a bit dated (air conditioning for example). At this price point would expect a bit more.

Beautiful room, comfy bed, huge bathroom and great location with amazing views. Gorgeous roof terrace and pool. Staff were really friendly and helpful. The havania’s were a lovely touch along with the tasty treats every evening,

My recent experience at Hotel Emiliano Rio de Janeiro was deeply disappointing and entirely inconsistent with the standard of excellence the establishment claims to offer. During my stay, I encountered structural and sanitary conditions unacceptable for a hotel of this category, including: -Strong mold odor throughout the room; -Visible mold on the air-conditioning vents; -A curtain that fell during the night, preventing adequate rest; -Stained and unhygienic upholstery; -A coffee table with a cracked marble top; -A damaged bathroom floor, posing a physical safety risk to guests. In addition, the hotel prohibited visitors from entering the guest room, citing an internal policy that was never presented at check-in. To this date, the hotel manager, have refused to provide a copy of the alleged document, despite my formal request. It is important to highlight that the hotel itself authorized the entry of a professional from hair salon into my room on the day of check-in, which demonstrates inconsistency and contradiction in applying this rule, constituting a violation of the principle of good faith.

Nice rooftop and beachview

Lovely spot, great staff, rooftop was brilliant. Housekeeping was the only disappointing part - had to ask for things to be replaced, had some hairs left in the bathroom when it was cleaned (I’m bald!) and never had any bottled water.

We found poop in the toilet bowl when we came to our room. Disgusting

Excelent and beautiful hotel, very friendly staff and our room was incredible!!!! The Spa was awesome and the views from the sauna indescribable!!!!

The hotel is excellent. Service from all the staff was excellent. Food in the restaurant was excellent. Great location right across the street from Copacabana beach. View from the rooftop pool/bar is incredible! Great place to spend a few days in Rio. Plus if you want to go to Ipanema beach it is an easy walk of about 5 blocks. There are many restaurants within walking distance. Recommended 100%
