Perfect location. Could walk to the Thermas water park, as well as local restaurants. The complex also includes a small mall with a great food court, ice skating rink and a Burger King. It was nice to be able to leave the car parked in the underground garage instead of in the hot sun. The property is a mix of apartment buildings and hotel rooms. Two buildings are still under construction. The rooms were very spacious, by Brazil standards, and included two AC units. My only complaint would be how noisy it was from 9 am till dark they would set up a big PA system on chairs in the middle of the pool area and blast loud music, intermixed with various announcements and games. I understand that they want to make things entertaining, but it was often so loud you could hardly talk to anyone, and since the pools are right in the middle of everything, the sound rises up into the rooms. I’d recommend that they save the loud DJ part for a few hours in the afternoon and the rest of the time just play something cheery and peaceful from small speakers around the pool area. One wants a little peace on a vacation.

Quero ser justa, o lugar é excelente, as instalações tb, o pessoal super atencioso, mas temos que entender que a nossa idade é diferente e achamos o Hotel com mais barulho, porém quero deixar aqui um aviso aos papais, que o lugar é excelente para a diversão da crianças e conforto dos pais.
