My wife, sister, and I rented 2 rooms for a quick stay in São Paulo. The service was excellent and the staff helped with printing out our travel documents and COVID testing. They went out of their way to email the clinic to schedule the appointment. And one other little thing that is a bonus is that the water pressure on the shower was amazing.

It is a great hotel for business trip. It’s nearby all the centers and there is a great mall right across the street. Staff is always friendly and helpful and breakfast is superb.

1. The rooms are not very soundproof. You can listen to what happens in the other guests' bedrooms, specially at night. I had to sleep with earplugs. 2. I was bitten badly by a bug during my last night. My face and neck got a lot of bug bites and the hotel didn't do anything. 3. WiFi never worked for me. 4. The TV was in Black&White.

Very nice place to stay,very nice and clean, everything worked. Only downfall the internet connection is on the slow side
