Hotel não vale o valor da estadia. Quartos sem nenhum tipo de acústico. Conseguimos escutar tudo que as pessoas falavam e faziam nos quartos ao lado, também no corredor. Café da manhã muito simples, ou seja foi tudo muito ruim, a pior estadia da minha vida. Falamos com a recepcionista e a mesma disse que quem montou o hotel não pensou nessa parte de acústico, e disse sentir muito. Mas sentir muito não devolve o dinheiro que pagamos e que foi muito mal pago.

Terrible parking garage, terrible elevator. Not friendly staff specially at the restaurant. Cheap breakfast included. Not the expected for Brazilian hotels.

The best part of this hotel is the location and staff. The staff are limited but hard working. Our room had a great view but an awful smell that was hard to get used to in the beginning, not from anything bad we just think that the cleaning product used is a heavy chemical to keep away mould. But still we had a lovely time at this hotel. You can not beat this location in Cabo Frio.

Quarto pequeno, sujo, principalmente os lençóis com excesso de amaciante, o que incomoda que tem alergia a cheiro forte. Toalhas velhas, tb lavadas com excesso de amaciante. Tive que mudar 3 quartos, por problemas no ar condicionado. Por fim, a localização não oferece nenhum serviço próximo. Não recomendo pra ninguém.

Hotel é bem localizado com uma vista muito bonita, mas falta estrutura, pouca vaga para a quantidade de carro, as cortinas não tem corta luz, são duas camas de solteira juntas, o que na minha opinião é bem ruim.

No quarto, a Tv estava com controle quebrado,o ar não diminuía a temperatura, a área de jogos muito mal conservada, e não tinha jogos, só tinha uma mesa de baralho e televisão, academia com o piso afundado, no banheiro o shampoo e condicionador estavam vazios.

Quarto limpo porém muito pequeno e cama muito desconfortável. Funcionários muito prestativos. Café da manhã sem variedade, pouca quantidade e ambiente pequeno para acolher todos os hóspedes. Estacionamento apertado, não tem vaga para todos os hóspedes, mas na parte da noite tem manobrista super profissional e gentil.
