O quarto e café da manhã são excelentes, assim como todos os atendentes. Infelizmente a frequência estava péssima. Almoçamos no restaurante da praia que pertence ao hotel. A experiência foi das piores possíveis, não recomendo. Os restaurantes dentro do hotel parecem bons mas optamos em jantar no clube e a comida estava ótima Mas no geral foi um bom custo benefício.

The room smelled really bad, like old and rancid. The bed sheets had a strong foul mothy smell like they haven’t been washed in months. The bathroom walls were dirty and stained. The balcony had no table or chairs. The tv is very small, very bad quality picture and no Netflix or cable.

Nice hotel but we were pretty much the only guests there so it felt very strange. Good facilities and friendly staff! It would be great if the hotel could have tennis rackets to hire for guests to use the tennis court.

The neighborhood was great, the hotel was maybe nice some years ago but today it is awful. Air conditioning is noisy, bedroom is too small for the size of the bed. There is no TV in the bedroom. Wifi doesn't work in the bedroom. Finally the hotel is far from everything and there is only one restaurant, with a medium to low level food

This hotel used to probably be a great resort. Now the rooms are just old, with extremely old decor uncomfartable beds and the bathroom is horribly dirty!. The only plus point is the view from your hotel room which is awesome. The hotel staff was friendly as in all of Brazil but was not really knowledgable ablut any attractions in their area

Ao chegar no hotel, já percebi pela cara da recepcionista que seria uma péssima experiência. Estava comendo, fazia gestos com o rosto, parecia que estava fazendo um favor. Ao entregar as chaves, ela não sinalizou que havia uma cobrança pela perda das chaves. Na correria da saída, fui surpreendida pela cobrança adicional. Voltei no quarto para procurar a chave e não achei. Fiquei hospedada menos de 10h, achei péssima a experiência. Hotel velho, sujo, colchão horrível, travesseiros finos, café de manhã básico Não vale o preço, tem hotéis muito melhores pelo preço que pagamos e o desconforto dessa cobrança adicional, não é pelo valor de R$ 50,00 mas pela falta de informação que seria cobrado.

O site não informa que o uso do ofurô e da sauna é cobrado. 40 reais por meia hora. A meia pensão (jantar) é questionável, segundo o supervisor, já que na primeira noite tinha um evento com bufe temático de comida americana a 240 reais por pessoa. Me foi oferecido por 110 reais. O serviço de quarto é só pizza e sanduíche. Só tem umas 10 cadeiras e 5 mesas na piscina externa. E na TV “a cabo”não tem nenhum canal de filme. Só esporte e infantil. Mas a equipe toda é excelente e ganhei almoço de aniversário o que foi muito gentil.

Não gostei de ter ficado no prédio anexo, mas pedi a recepção para trocar para o prédio central, fui prontamente atendida. Gostei bastante do atendimento dos colaboradores, comida gostosa, as quadras são ótimas, a piscina não é muito grande mas é boa. A praia que é super perto do prédio é excelente, pouca gente e muito limpa com bastante sombra. O restaurante da praia que é do hotel também é muito bom e equipe educada. Voltaria!
