Stayed in a Triplo Chalet with a queen bed. Room was cozy and had everything we needed. No fan or air conditioning, but the temperature dropped into the 50s F at night and so was very comfortable. There was a neighborhood dog who barked much of the night (very annoying) and we could hear someone snoring nearby, which was surprising seeing how the chalets are situated. Overall it is a nice place though in a good location, a short drive to the stores and restaurants. Good continental breakfast and a nice tea in the afternoon with similar food as breakfast. Friendly staff. I would stay there again.

Maravilhosa! Surpreendeu! Quarto maravilhoso, muito bom gosto. Excelente banheiro e chuveiro. Café da manhã excelente. Três piscinas e salão de jogos. Staff simpático e eficiente.

A pousada me surpreendeu, é muito maior do que parece. São 2 piscinas, muito verde em volta, quartos confortáveis, com camas confortáveis, muito limpo, café da manhã bem servido e atendimento de primeira. Amei nossa estadia. É um lugar para quem quer ficar próximo à natureza, com paz e tranquilidade, sem ficar longe do centro de Petrópolis.

Serviço e café da manhã excelentes.
Porém, sentimos falta de tomadas disponíveis no quarto, além do banheiro alagar toda vez após o banho e o quarto ser extremamente úmido.

A pousada é melhor nas fotos que pessoalmente, principalmente a parte externa. Mesmo assim o custo-benefício é bom. Os funcionários são bem simpáticos e os quartos são limpos e confortáveis. Fica longinho do centro histórico, tem que ir de carro até os principais museus.

A equipe foi muito atenciosa. O hotel como todo tem uma atmosfera agradável. Fiquei em um quarto delux com banheira de hidro. Achei a estrutura da banheira um pouco precária para o que vendem desse quarto. Não tem um isolamento de água e controle de umidade adequado no quarto. O banheiro com vaso sanitário é numa portinha pequena dentro do quarto, mal da pra abrir a porta quando você entra. Por fim, é um quarto bastante espaçoso, mas parece mal planejado. O café da manhã do hotel é excelente. Recomendo pegar os quartos mais comuns, com chuveiro, banheiro padrão. Pareciam mais interessante no presencial.

Estadia muito boa ! Porém o quarto que aluguei é ao lado do refeitório, nesse local fica um falatório de pessoas conversando a noite que parece ser dentro do seu quarto ! O restante tudo bacana !
