Stayed in a Triplo Chalet with a queen bed. Room was cozy and had everything we needed. No fan or air conditioning, but the temperature dropped into the 50s F at night and so was very comfortable. There was a neighborhood dog who barked much of the night (very annoying) and we could hear someone snoring nearby, which was surprising seeing how the chalets are situated. Overall it is a nice place though in a good location, a short drive to the stores and restaurants. Good continental breakfast and a nice tea in the afternoon with similar food as breakfast. Friendly staff. I would stay there again.

Pontos positivos: café da manhã gostoso. Pontos negativos: as portas e paredes não isolam som nenhum. Você ouve o barulho do corredor, de outros quartos, da rua. Então foi bem ruim pra dormir. Além disso, as toalhas estavam bem manchadas.

Excelente pousada, com café da manhã maravilhoso. O atendimento também foi excelente, com todos muito gentis e atenciosos. O maior problema foi o quarto standard. O banheiro é muito pequeno, com o vaso sanitário apertado junto ao blindex. Não havia local adequado para guardar as roupas, apenas espaço para pendurá-las, pois não tinha cômoda, como mostram as fotos. Pelo valor pago, R$ 532,73 por diária (2 diárias), não deveria faltar nada. Além disso, o chão do apartamento 104 estava afundando em alguns pontos, e o ventilador de teto fazia muito barulho, parecendo até cenário de filme de terror kkkkkk.

Recepcionista extremamente mal humorado. Na hora do check-in, não passou informações básicas, como: o horário do café da manhã, senha de Wi-Fi, etc. Aconteceu uma situação onde chegamos tarde, o portão da garagem estava fechado, até aí tudo bem. Sendo que o recepcionista não estava no posto, sendo que era tarde da noite, e, a rua estava deserta, depois de eu tocar o interfone algumas vezes, ele falou em tom agressivo e ríspido, que bastaria tocar uma única vez. Sendo que ele não estava no posto de trabalho, e, só foi escutar quando tive que chamá-lo em alto e bom som. Fica aqui minha decepção com a Pousada/Hotel Princesa Isabel.

A Pousada é muito boa, quarto limpo, cama confortável, chuveiro muito bom. Única observação, se tiver restrição as escadas solicite na reserva um quarto sem escadas. Tem muitas escadas e rampas. Principalmente se vc estiver no casarão superior.
