This hotel is a modern style, the room is cozy, the manager was super understanding my request about food limitations and health condition, also the chef who always prepared a delicious food required. The staff as general always was very friendly and polite with a smile in the face. The team from housekeeping and very attentive.

The hotel is in a good location. The room was tiny, with the sink in the main room rather than the bathroom. The food at breakfast was pretty mediocre compared to the food at all the other hotels we'd stayed at.

I was in São Paulo for a few days of ministry and meetings and wanted a room in a central location. It is a bustling area with convenient access to transportation and food. I walked around a couple of times. It is a busy business hotel, but the room is very small, although very clean. The breakfast is very basic as well. Considering the price, well, we are in São Paulo. No complaints.

The hotel is really nice and it has an unbeatable price. It is in between airport and the places to visit being a tourist (like vila madalena) The room is ok, a bit small like everybody stated on the reviews but clean and with a confy bed. They have good breakfast and parking if you need it. The only down is the neighborhood, which is a bit sketchy but you'll be safe with uber. I would definitely recommend it because of its price/quality

Hotel is a long way from city centre, there are a couple of restaurants around, but very basic. Room was shoe box size. The only good thing about the hotel was Elaine on the reception who went out of her way to be helpful.

De los peores hoteles en los que he estado, el cuarto es miniatura, no tiene espacio para poner las maletas. El lavabo está junto a la cama y no tiene espacio poner los artículos personales de baño. El baño olía feo. La cobija tenía partes como tiesas de mugre. La zona horrible y súper peligrosa. Lo anuncian como que está en la zona de avenida paulista y no es cierto. Está en una zona peligrosa donde no se puede salir. El desayuno espantoso. Muy mala experiencia. Nos cambiamos de hotel y perdimos nuestra dinero de dos noches ya pagadas.
