The hotel was fine. A few places to eat right on the same block. Train station one block away, and the Train system was pretty easy to navigate. The area isn’t as sketchy as it looks from google street view. A few homeless around.

The fresh scent when entering the hotel, the breakfast is good, and also the clean room and the friendly staff.

El hotel esta perfecto. Al lado norte de la ciudad con acceso fácil al metro. La distancia a los dos aeropuertos es similar en tiempo. El personal es muy amable, el desayuno completo y los cuartos chicos pero no les falta nada.

The close proximity to the train stations, and a 24 hour McDonald's os just a five minute walk away.

The hotel is in a good location. The room was tiny, with the sink in the main room rather than the bathroom. The food at breakfast was pretty mediocre compared to the food at all the other hotels we'd stayed at.

Exceptionally small room. Friendly staff, a typical Brazilian Hotel breakfast with a wide range of choices.

Great for a short trip.

I was in São Paulo for a few days of ministry and meetings and wanted a room in a central location. It is a bustling area with convenient access to transportation and food. I walked around a couple of times. It is a busy business hotel, but the room is very small, although very clean. The breakfast is very basic as well. Considering the price, well, we are in São Paulo. No complaints.

They need to fix the room I was there for a week “no AC”

This hotel is a modern style, the room is cozy, the manager was super understanding my request about food limitations and health condition, also the chef who always prepared a delicious food required. The staff as general always was very friendly and polite with a smile in the face. The team from housekeeping and very attentive.

The hotel is really nice and it has an unbeatable price. It is in between airport and the places to visit being a tourist (like vila madalena) The room is ok, a bit small like everybody stated on the reviews but clean and with a confy bed. They have good breakfast and parking if you need it. The only down is the neighborhood, which is a bit sketchy but you'll be safe with uber. I would definitely recommend it because of its price/quality

Great service

I got a roon different the one I bought.

Apartamentos apertados, pia fora do banheiro (no quarto), banheiro pequeno, pouquissimo espaço para acomodação de bagagens e circulação, o ambiente parece “fechar” sobre o hóspede. No nosso caso o atendimento no check in foi terrível.

Limpeza precisa melhorar

Hotel e quartos bonitos e limpos. Porém os funcionários despreparados, total desorganização, levamos mais de duas horas para entrar no apartamento, isso porque chegamos as 2:00 da manhã. O café da manhã tb quando fomos tomar tinha acabado vários itens e não tinha reposição.

Ótimo custo benefício

Você pede pra não entrar no quarto, mas entram mesmo com a placa de Não Perturbe .
