Resort Tororomba

The resort was just okay, but definitely **overpriced** for what it offered. When we arrived, the staff told us that we needed another room to accommodate our 3- and 5-year-old children. At first, they said they would simply charge us for an extra guest and allow us to stay in the same room. However, in reality, they charged us for an entirely separate room that was more expensive than the one I originally booked through Expedia—yet we never even received that extra room. When I challenged the charge, they claimed the hotel was fully booked. Despite this, my kids still stayed in the same room with us, which made it clear that the “extra room” was unnecessary. This felt dishonest and misleading, and to make matters worse, the staff was rude, dismissive, and unhelpful throughout the process. Prices inside the resort were also outrageous. For example, they charged **$30 for a single coconut**, which is completely unreasonable. The beach itself was just average—there weren’t many chairs available, and the few that were there were extremely old and uncomfortable. The all-inclusive restaurant was also disappointing. The food was just okay, nothing stood out or impressed us, and certainly not what you’d expect for the price. Even the surroundings outside the resort were unpleasant. The road leading in was lined with trash, and the overall area looked run-down and rough, which really took away from the “luxury” experience they try to advertise.

The room we stayed was near the entrance and next to a machine the would make a blower noise ridiculous loud for few hours, the general staff very friendly except for the check in people that don’t have an welcoming attitude. In terms of food, entertainment and everything else it was great.

The hotel has a lot of built in infrastructure and activities (pool, kayak/pedal boats, water exercise class, beach volley ball, yoga on the beach, evening events and celebrations, dance presentations, and activities to keep kids busy). The other facilities like the pool, game room, and elsewhere need some work and actual rooms themselves are pretty plan although they were working on the pool when we were there. The waiting staff and others are friendly and helpful. Overall it was a fun experience with a lot of great family memories and activities. The need for some remodeling is overshadowed by the friendless of the staff and the variety of fun activities they have for you. I would recommend getting the package with breakfast and dinner included as your only options at the restaurant (extremely expensive) and the bar (pretty expensive).

Stayed on the second (top) floor of our building. The view of the ocean was beautiful and the room was clean. We had two issues....the wifi / internet was out for over a day. Also, windy / rainy conditions at night blew water under the sliding door onto our floor. Even blew the curtains some. The staff was extremely helpful and courteous. Breakfast was great too.

Poderia melhorar a cama: a mola é desconfortável; a comida tem muita variedade mas pouca qualidade. Poderiam inverter, ter um bom cozinheiro faz toda a diferença, pois as comidas não tem sabor nenhum. O atendimento do restaurante e bar são muito ruins, demora mais de 2h com um pedido, trocam pedidos, um caos. A festa de reveillon foi excelente, a comida e ornamentação muito boa.

Resort bem localizado, numa praia com muito boa para banho e um super visual. Atendimento poderia ser melhor, apesar do alto número de funcionários e atenção dos mesmos. Nitidamente falta uma coordenação, uma liderança e treinamento. Em alguns momentos acontece o famoso jogo de empurra/empurra, ou seja, o problema não é meu, fale com o fulano e vão te jogando de um lado para o outro, apesar de tentarem ser atenciosos. Resort já enfrenta o "peso" do tempo, precisando de manutenção e renovação. Quartos são bons, limpeza ok. Valor é compatível com o local e serviços, mas poderia ser melhor.

Hotel está cada dia melhor. O problema dessa vez foi um casamento. Três dias de festa com música alta. Tirando isso o resto foi muito bom.

Quarto limpo, equipe atenciosa, piscina muito boa, só achei a prainha da piscina um pouco suja. No mais tudo maravilhoso.

Boa localização, lugar bonito. A comida deixa a desejar, os almoços costumam ser melhores, no jantar senti falta de pratos típicos e com melhor qualidade. Peixe é sempre uma boa opção, mas as carnes que foram preparadas não estavam boas. O serviço de quarto também é razoável, um dia deixaram o apartamento sem toalhas e demorou horas para fazerem a reposição.

Os funcionários dos restaurantes da piscina são bastante simpaticos, já o do restaurante das refeições nem tanto alguns dias desistimos de alguns pedidos pela demora, equipe de recepção bem fraca, para fazer um upgrade de quarto foi um parto

Amei , a hospedagem em familia. As crianças aproveitaram bastante!!

A hospedagem foi muito boa! Equipe de funcionários, em grande maioria, simpática e receptiva. Quarto aconchegante, cama confortável e chuveiro com excelente pressão. Fechei o pacote com pensão completa que contempla café da manhã, almoço e jantar. A comida tem excelente qualidade, mas os sucos deixaram muito a desejar. O paisagismo do resort é maravilhoso, especialmente a noite. A praia é bem tranquila e possui uma faixa de areia bem grande, possibilitando a pratica de esportes. Isso foi muito positivo! Em resumo, eu recomendo!
