El proceso de checkin y checkout funciono sin ningun problema. La habitacion es amplia limpia y comoda. El buffete de desayuno, bastante completo. Nos gusto y fue muy util, el servicio adicional de guardar maletas despues de checkout. La unica recomendación es respecto a las tarjetas de acceso a la habitación, estas son antiguas y se desconfiguran por lo que hay que pasar a recepcion a reconfigurar antes de entrar.

Dear Hotels.com Support, I am following up regarding my previous refund request, as I have not yet received a response. During our stay, the hotel fell significantly below the standards advertised on your platform. The room and property had numerous issues, including dirty and stained bedding, a bathroom with a strong odor, bugs in the room, heavily worn and unclean towels, excessive noise from neighboring guests during the early morning hours, and repeated problems with our room key becoming deactivated and requiring reactivation. Additionally, several amenities we expected were either unavailable or not as advertised. The property was listed as "Exceptional," and based on that rating, we reasonably expected a clean, comfortable, and properly maintained accommodation. Unfortunately, our experience was the opposite. I previously contacted Hotels.com and was advised to reach out regarding a refund. Given the condition of the room and the numerous issues encountered throughout our stay, I am requesting a full refund or appropriate compensation. Please provide an update on the status of my request and the next steps for resolution. I would appreciate a response within the next few business days. I have already reached out to Andre the manager and he informed me that he would contact you guys for a solution but I am following up now!

Definitely not as nice as it looks online. The room was well worn, the towels very old, the shower needs proper cleaning, old dirty grout, and the WiFi was horrible. The breakfast needs improvement. Tons of breads and cakes, that were very good, but very few healthy foods.

I rarely leave reviews, but I feel it is important to share this experience for other travelers. During our stay, a personal item (portable charger) went missing from our room. Only hotel staff had access (housekeeping and minibar service). We reported this immediately, but received no meaningful response or follow-up from the front desk or management. In addition, we experienced serious cleanliness concerns. There was visible mold in the room, and the bed sheets provided were not clean. Even a member of housekeeping acknowledged this, took photos, and confirmed the sheets were dirty. Despite reporting these issues, the front desk staff — specifically Claudette and Thays — repeatedly refused to assist, escalate the situation, or provide any resolution. At checkout, there was still no accountability, no apology, and no effort to make the situation right. Instead, we were asked to pay for minor items from the minibar, despite the unresolved issues during our stay. This experience was disappointing not only because of the issues themselves, but because of the complete lack of customer care and responsibility shown by staff. I hope management takes this seriously and improves both cleanliness standards and guest support moving forward.

Air con did not work the whole week I stayed. I spoke with reception more than 5 times requesting that they please sort the air con but nothing was sorted. It was over 30 degrees in Rio de Janeiro the entire time and without air con i struggled to sleep every night. Upon checking out, I requested a discount due to the air con not working and they told me no. The woman at the reception desk was rude and when I asked to speak with the manager she refused to call them. She simply said I must pay. To spend this amount of money per night at a hotel and receive such poor level of service and have an air con that does not work is unacceptable.
