Excelente hotel, muy bien ubicado, entre Copacabana e Ipanema. El desayuno es muy rico y variado. Las habitaciones y el baño es amplio, cama grande. El personal es muy amable. Lo único por mejorar es el wifi y el aire acondicionado que no enfriaba mucho.

The buffet has little variety: the dishes do not change throughout the days, which can become repetitive if you plan to stay for several nights. Regarding cleanliness, we found mold in the bathroom, which shows a lack of proper maintenance. I believe this is not about the staff’s attitude, but more about the management not providing the right tools to deliver better service. On the positive side, the staff was very kind. Both in the breakfast area and in housekeeping, they were always attentive and friendly, which made the stay more pleasant.

I was mislead, service such as transfer one of the reasons I booked this hotel, they do not offer that as state, they also do not have bath robes. They didn't answered my messages until 2 days before I had to check in. Bed is very hard, service was good once I arrived. Cleaning was terrible, there was black hair all over the floor my whole stay, I don't have black hair. I stayed 6 nights, they never changed my bed sheets. Breakfast they kept running out of food, plates and silverware. I wouldn't stay there again.

We liked the location a lot! Its close to ipanema and Copacabana beach. Tjere are a lot of dinning options too. The staff was helpful with information. I noticed nobody offered to help with our luggage not only at this hotel but other hotels in Brazil amd Argentina. We were satisfied with this hotel.

The hotel was in a good location (10 minute walk to the beach) and in a safe area. The hotel itself is nice but it does need some updating with minor repairs to get it looking in quality shape (repainting and caulking) The staff is all really friendly and accomodating and I would stay there again.

Was able to check in early, received a good rate. Was put in that room rate which is fine , room was tired . The air con cover was missing , air con covering fire sprinkler. Room showing age. Was in room 211 . Breakfast was good. Front desk was not overly friendly , but okay. Overall I would probably stay elsewhere next time. Good location .

Most hotels along Copa ad Ipanema are from the 60-70s including apartment buildings.But this is a modern hotel. Location was excellent but didn't feel comfortable walking around at night with my family. The daily breakfast was great and better than American hotels that include monotonous and plastic breakfast!
