The Hotel is a trendy hotel and close to Copacabana and Ipanema beaches. The room is clean though the washroom is relatively small. The food at the restaurant was good and we tried 2 nights there. Breakfast was betting than I expected. The staff were very helpful. We left at 4:20am to there Airport and they had prepared the breakfast and coffee for us to take away.

The hotel was great in terms of location- not next to the beach but only 5min walk away. Staff were all friendly and helpful which made our stay very pleasant. Room was very well maintained and good size for the 2 of us. A rare find if you don't want to spend that much but still enjoy everything Rio has to offer!

Staff very good. Very clean. The only thing is lot too good is the breakfast, it could have more variety.

Hotel bem antigo… diferente das fotos

Las habitaciones limpias amplias precio muy justo y el personal muy amable y profesional, cuando regrese a río volveré a quedarme aqui

1- room was small with a view to a wall. 2- staff was very nice 3- breakfast was decent 4- towels are too thin Location was perfect. Between coppa cabana and ipanema.

I wouldn’t recommend staying here. The room wasn’t properly cleaned—I found hair in the bathroom—and the toilet and overall room condition felt quite run down and in need of maintenance.

Limpo e bem localizado

Air con did not work the whole week I stayed. I spoke with reception more than 5 times requesting that they please sort the air con but nothing was sorted. It was over 30 degrees in Rio de Janeiro the entire time and without air con i struggled to sleep every night. Upon checking out, I requested a discount due to the air con not working and they told me no. The woman at the reception desk was rude and when I asked to speak with the manager she refused to call them. She simply said I must pay. To spend this amount of money per night at a hotel and receive such poor level of service and have an air con that does not work is unacceptable.

O quarto não era cuidado. Fica uma fresta na porta e a luz do corredor ficava claro o quarto. E pior que ficava bem no rosto nosso. O hotel nas fotos é bem bonito mas no quarto que ficamos está bem ruim. E o colchão então é meu marido saímos com dor na coluna da até para sentir a mola do colchão. Olha fico bastante em hotéis. Pode ser até simple, mas conservado. As rtoalhas bem desgastadas.

El proceso de checkin y checkout funciono sin ningun problema. La habitacion es amplia limpia y comoda. El buffete de desayuno, bastante completo. Nos gusto y fue muy util, el servicio adicional de guardar maletas despues de checkout. La unica recomendación es respecto a las tarjetas de acceso a la habitación, estas son antiguas y se desconfiguran por lo que hay que pasar a recepcion a reconfigurar antes de entrar.

Tive um upgrade de quarto gratuito. Quarto luxo excelente! Equipe atenciosa e café da manhã bom. Boa localização e ótimo custo benefício.

Gostei muito do quarto, achei uma excelente opção custo-benefício. A localização da estrutura é muito boa, fica na frente do Posto 5 de Copacabana. O café é no padrão de um 3 estrelas, nada demais. Quero destacar a cordialidade e o profissionalismo dos funcionários Guilherme e Ghada, que fizeram a estadia mais agradável e me ajudaram a tirar qualquer dúvida quando precisei. Foi muito bom conhecer vocês, obrigado!
