The Hotel is a trendy hotel and close to Copacabana and Ipanema beaches. The room is clean though the washroom is relatively small. The food at the restaurant was good and we tried 2 nights there. Breakfast was betting than I expected. The staff were very helpful. We left at 4:20am to there Airport and they had prepared the breakfast and coffee for us to take away.

The hotel was great in terms of location- not next to the beach but only 5min walk away. Staff were all friendly and helpful which made our stay very pleasant. Room was very well maintained and good size for the 2 of us. A rare find if you don't want to spend that much but still enjoy everything Rio has to offer!

A hospedagem foi excelente, mas infelizmente havia poucos funcionários atendendo em razão do feriado, o que os sobrecarregou muito. Até por ser o feriado do show da Shakira. Vale a atenção!

Breakfast menu wasn’t all that compared to other places I’ve been to around the world. Spent 4 nights and was bored of the food by the 3rd morning- no variety.

Hébergement assez cher et peu de prestations. Même pas une bouteille d’eau offerte et aucun verre dans la chambre. Ensemble qui vieillit vite.

Great location & excellent staff service.

Cuando llegue a esta propiedad no tenía luz la habitación, había una sola persona en la recepción, pedí ayuda con las maletas no había, pedí que arreglaran el tema de la luz y dudaron más de media hora para atender, razón por la cual tuve que irme de la propiedad y buscar otro alojamiento. No lo recomiendo para nada. El nivel de limpieza cuestionable también.

Room was good, staff very accomodating and helpful, breakfast options were good, only reason for 4 star review is due to a fair bit of mould in the shower.

Las habitaciones muy limpias, eso es de hacer notar. Solo habia un pequeño problema en las puertas del baño que son de vidrio y tendían a golpearse una con la otra por la que habia que tener un poco de cuidado con ello

Definitely not as nice as it looks online. The room was well worn, the towels very old, the shower needs proper cleaning, old dirty grout, and the WiFi was horrible. The breakfast needs improvement. Tons of breads and cakes, that were very good, but very few healthy foods.

Staff is super helpful and worked with us despite us speaking no Portuguese

It is a ok place but they really fixed up a not very nice place and got it to clean. Right on the ocean so the location is great, it just felt like I could do better looking around.

I rarely leave reviews, but I feel it is important to share this experience for other travelers. During our stay, a personal item (portable charger) went missing from our room. Only hotel staff had access (housekeeping and minibar service). We reported this immediately, but received no meaningful response or follow-up from the front desk or management. In addition, we experienced serious cleanliness concerns. There was visible mold in the room, and the bed sheets provided were not clean. Even a member of housekeeping acknowledged this, took photos, and confirmed the sheets were dirty. Despite reporting these issues, the front desk staff — specifically Claudette and Thays — repeatedly refused to assist, escalate the situation, or provide any resolution. At checkout, there was still no accountability, no apology, and no effort to make the situation right. Instead, we were asked to pay for minor items from the minibar, despite the unresolved issues during our stay. This experience was disappointing not only because of the issues themselves, but because of the complete lack of customer care and responsibility shown by staff. I hope management takes this seriously and improves both cleanliness standards and guest support moving forward.

Kamer niet schoon. Beddengoed met vlekken. Schimmels in de badkamer. Leuk op de foto’s maar totaal “versleten” dit hotel. Twee kleine handdoeken en zelfs water en nespresso cups tegen extra betaling. Geen aanrader! Laat je niet verleiden door de foto’s!

La habitación muy cómoda. La ubicación del hotel excelente. Justo enmedio de las playas de Ipanema y Copacabana. Cien por ciento recomendable. El personal de lo más amable y agradable. Definitivamente sería mi opción cuando regrese.

Quarto sujo, ar condicionado Velho, colado com durex , vazou água no quarto, café da manhã horroroso, cápsulas de café no quarto a 14 reais, hotel "boutique" muito ruim. Não recomendo, de bom somente a localização e o convênio com barraca da praia, que aliás, ao contrário do hotel tem ótimo atendimento.
