The Hotel is a trendy hotel and close to Copacabana and Ipanema beaches. The room is clean though the washroom is relatively small. The food at the restaurant was good and we tried 2 nights there. Breakfast was betting than I expected. The staff were very helpful. We left at 4:20am to there Airport and they had prepared the breakfast and coffee for us to take away.

The hotel was great in terms of location- not next to the beach but only 5min walk away. Staff were all friendly and helpful which made our stay very pleasant. Room was very well maintained and good size for the 2 of us. A rare find if you don't want to spend that much but still enjoy everything Rio has to offer!

Estuve en el apartamento 1502, donde no llega la señal de internet, esto fue bastante molesto. De igual manera, no dejan ninguna amenidade (crema para el cuerpo, botellas de agua, etc), nada es una pena realmente, porque no es un hospedaje barato.

Tudo muito bom, o que deixou a desejar somente é que a internet é muito ruim dentro dos quartos e o cartão de acesso aos quartos sempre dá problema então tem que descer na portaria, ah e não me esquecendo que peguei um banheiro em que o box não tinha porta então molhou bastante o banheiro, mas de resto tudo muito bom, indico.

Leider nicht zu empfehlen – starke Feuchtigkeit im Gebäude Das einzig Positive an unserem Aufenthalt im Hotel Bossa Nova Ipanema war das freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal. Bereits beim Betreten des Hotels fiel uns ein unangenehm feuchter Geruch auf, der sich auch im Zimmer wiederfand. Das gesamte Gebäude wirkt stark durchfeuchtet. Unser Zimmer war anscheinend vor nicht allzu langer Zeit frisch gestrichen geworden – das war deutlich am Geruch zu erkennen. Vermutlich soll so ein zugrunde liegendes Feuchtigkeitsproblem kaschiert werden. Im Badezimmer waren deutliche Spuren von Schimmel zu sehen. Nach drei Tagen Aufenthalt war unsere Kleidung in den Koffern feucht, selbst Medikamentenschachteln waren durchweicht. Wir waren sehr froh, als wir auschecken konnten. In unserem nächsten Hotel mussten wir sogar ungetragene Kleidung reinigen lassen, weil alles unangenehm feucht gerochen hat. Auch das Frühstück war wenig überzeugend. Es wirkte unhygienisch und eine einzelne Servicekraft ist mit der Betreuung der vielen Gäste leider völlig überfordert. Insgesamt war unser Aufenthalt sehr unangenehm. Wir können das Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen.

Muy buen hotel, bien ubicado. Las habitaciones super cómodas, vista hermosa, el desayuno super rico. Definitivamente cuando vuelva a Río regresaré a este hotel!

Quero estava novo e em boas condições, silencioso. Problema é não ter garagem e é bastante difícil parar nas ruas próximas. Também são bastante inflexíveis com o horário de saída.

O quarto é confortável mas não tem janela anti ruído. Tudo muito barulhento. Do hall dos quartos ao barulho da rua. O café da manhã deixa muito a desejar na reposição das comidas e de utensílios como pratos e talheres. Deixaram de limpar o quarto um dia. Enfim, para um hotel 4 estrelas deixou muito a desejar.

A localização é excelente, tem muitos bares e restaurantes perto, supermercado, farmácia e está a uma distância a pé da feira hippie de Ipanema. Todo o pessoal é muito educado e prestativo. O que precisa melhorar é o wifi, que é péssimo, não dá pra assistir um vídeo curto sem travar e mesmo para trabalhar é muito ruim, não consegui abrir uma apresentação de tão ruim que é o wifi. O café da manhã é bom, muitas opções de pães doces e salgados, bolos, frios e frutas.

Nas fotos aparentava ser um hotel mais novo! O cafe da manha nao gostei muito basico para o preco que se paga ! Nao tem ajudante de malas! A receptividade muito fraca!! Nada de bom e nada de pessimo! Localizacao muito boa !

Very disappointed with this hotel. The structure is a bit old, the basement room is terrible. Breakfast is monotonous and basic, it is recommended to vary. The breakfast room is freezing due to the low temperatures of the air conditioner.

Supera expectativas! Excelente localização, estrutura nova e conservada, quarto amplo e limpo, silencioso, café da manha completo, staff cordial e competente. Parabéns!!!

Amazing front desk and dining staff. Very modern and clean rooms. Excellent location walking distance to beach. Always come back!

We liked the location a lot! Its close to ipanema and Copacabana beach. Tjere are a lot of dinning options too. The staff was helpful with information. I noticed nobody offered to help with our luggage not only at this hotel but other hotels in Brazil amd Argentina. We were satisfied with this hotel.
