This hotel was INCREDIBLE. A hidden gem on Ilhabela. There are few rooms at this hotel and often we felt as if we had the entire property to ourselves. The staff was very friendly and offered some great advice for nightlife in the north of the island. We were asked to fill out a form prior to our stay asking us about some preferences we had. I believe there was a mixup as we requested certain information regarding yoga and to visit the waterfalls/ secluded beach, however, we did not receive any info. I had to follow up multiple times in order to get info regarding the waterfall excursion. We almost missed this experience due to the lack of follow-up and info from the staff. The hotel is very good with an outstanding staff. Breakfast could be better with more options to be ordered. The restaurant is very expensive. And in the last day a weddinng setup woke us up inn the morning and the hotel only sad "I'm sorry". We didn't even know about the setup and that all the pool area would be unavailable.

A palavra para definir a minha estadia no TW Guaimbê é DECEPCIONANTE. O hotel não entrega o promete e tem falhas colossais no atendimento. A situação mais grave que aconteceu conosco foi na primeira arrumação do quarto para a noite, foi deixada uma calcinha usada, que nem preciso dizer que não era minha, em cima da nossa cama. Comprovando que os lençóis provavelmente não haviam sido trocados entre um hóspede e outro e que o quarto certamente não estava limpo. A maneira como essa situação foi abordada pela equipe mostrou o completo despreparo do staff, que nos deu a opção de fazer a limpeza do quarto e troca dos lençóis, o que eu prontamente aceitei, mas 5 minutos depois vieram falar que a camareira ja havia ido embora e não seria possível resolver dessa maneira. No fim das contas, nos trocaram de quarto dizendo uma frase que beirava o ridículo "Esse upgrade não terá custo para os senhores". O lugar é lindo, mas o despreparo da equipe faz o serviço ser extremamente ruim. Não volto nunca mais.

O Hotel é muito bem decorado! Lindo! Chuveiro ótimo! Cama ótima! Café da manhã não é buffet, precisa solicitar ao atendente o que vamos querer. O atendimento é muito fraco, demora e fazem confusões nos pedidos. Tem muito borrachudo e mosquitos. Não podemos sair do quarto sem repelente. Hotel faz divisa com um restaurante e nosso dormitório ficava nesse lado. A noite muito barulho de carros e pessoas falando.
