We were staying for 4 nights before flying to IGU. We stored our luggage there in the hotel and returning to stay overnight to pick it up our luggage. My husband left the wedding ring unintentionally in the room while we checked out the first time, they kept it for him and he picked it up when we checked in the second time.

Great location but that's it. Charged £300 for something that was beyond my control at the start despite them agreeing with my procedure. Unclear policies. Front desk staff aren't helpful, just roll their eyes at questions. It should be a 3* maximum, calling it a 4* is a joke. Rooms severely outdated with stains everywhere. TV stopped working and had to be changed. Shower is hard. Bed isnt comfortable. Paper thin walls. Many many many better options nearby, don't be lulled into this for the price.

The room was very old, advertised as having a hot tub - it did not it had a bath with air jets that looked dirty, shower was like warm, gym equipment was very poor. The hotel in my opinion is maximum 3 stars and the description on the website is not reflective of the quality of the hotel. I would never stay here again.

Habitación perfecto. Personal de recepción me obligo a realizar fila de 10 minutos solo para retirar mis llaves (check inn estaba listo), para check out tambien habia fila.... Faltan sillas y comodidades en lobby, cuesta conseguir asientos disponibles

Well, this is an overpriced hotel. The only great things were the location and the rooftop. The staff was average. They didn’t allow me to have visitors in the hotel, which was very annoying to me, especially because I booked that hotel specifically to have a good time at least one day with two friends. Overall, the hotel is very outdated — old appliances, TV, furniture, AC system, etc. For me, it’s definitely overpriced.

Nossa estadia foi muito boa. O hotel possui uma ótima localização com fácil acesso e deslocamento para outros pontos da cidade. A vista da cobertura é sensacional. A equipe é educada e gentil - com destaque para os funcionários que ficam na porta de entrada do hotel. O café da manhã é razoável (me arrependi de pagar a parte), assim como a qualidade do sinal de wifi (nada boa). O quarto estava limpo e a arrumação diária é razoável. A sauna úmida é muito boa. De maneira geral eu recomendo!

O funcionários indicaram um estacionamento que cobrava R$ 220,00 por uma diária, sendo que poucas quadras a frente, na mesma rua, um outro estacionamento cobrava R$ 60,00 e isto não foi comentado. A arrumação deixou a desejar. Não foi recolhido um prato sujo deixado sobre o balcão do quarto. A localização é excelente.
